Simulation Results

"Jarvis, how is it? Have you figured out its composition?"

Tony was in serious working mode, so he had no room left for any distractions. He didn't seem to even notice that Li Yue and the others had entered the lab, continuing to speak with Jarvis!

"Analysis is at 94.6%, sir. The remaining components cannot be determined for now—"

"Then ignore it. Let's start the simulation for direct injection! Tell me the result!"

Tony dismissed Jarvis' concern and told the AI to start the simulation!

"Begin the first simulation experiment.

"Injecting compound… injection is complete.

"Reaction started, detecting mutation and recombination of subject genetic material...the subject's body is mutating in an unknown direction!

"Genetic recombination failed. The genetic material has been broken, and the subject body has expired.

"The first simulated experiment has failed! Experiment record archived. Preparing for the second simulation!"

Jarvis started doing simulations in accordance to Tony's command! A hologram body appeared in Tony's lab, showing the steps of the simulated injection experiment!

"Jarvis, there's no need to show the detailed process. Just show me the change in genetic material after the injection! Dump the failed simulations in the archive and continue simulating until it is successful!"

Tony didn't seem to like the detailed and troublesome experiment process and told Jarvis to speed things up.

Having a powerful AI on your side is very useful. It can simulate complicated experiments without wasting real manpower, materials, and also time!

"Preparing to start the second simulation!"

"Genetic recombination failed. The genetic material has been broken, and the subject body has expired.

"The second experiment has failed..."

...

"The ninety-ninth experiment has failed..."

The projected human body seemed to convulse and distort as the blue serum slowly twisted the genetic composition of its bones, muscles, skin, and internal organs.

Next to the body, Jarvis projected a virtual screen displaying the spiral DNA image. The DNA was being broken and recombined over and over again by an unknown force! Every time it shattered, Jarvis announced the simulation as failure!

Tony ignored Jarvis' report and stared at the projected DNA image. He couldn't help but be disappointed every time the image shattered, but he quickly regained his spirit and looked forward to the next experiment simulation!

Li Yue and the others were also affected by this solemn atmosphere. Their eyes were also fixated on the spiral image.

Unknowingly, they even began to hold their breaths. They silenced their breath, afraid that the experiment would fail because their breathing was too loud!

"The 105th experiment has succeeded. The experimental subject has undergone an unknown mutation. The strength of the body has greatly increased!"

Within just ten minutes, they had conducted a hundred and five simulated experiments. Just as they began to run out of patience, Jarvis finally announced a successful experiment!

"Phew. Jarvis, give me a detailed report on the successful test subject!"

Tony took a deep breath. He had watched as the experiment failed again and again, the DNA shattering and recombining. His nervousness was about to explode, but he finally succeeded once!

"The physical fitness of the test subject has greatly increased. Strength, speed, endurance, and burst power have been increased by a factor of ten. The density of muscles, bones, and skin have increased by a factor of ten. The skin is estimated to be hard enough to resist high-caliber gun at point-blank range.

"Three additional bones had grown within each arms. The bones are sharp and flat, attached within the hands and between the knuckles. These bones have increased hardness and density that surpassed special alloys, but its purpose is unknown!"

Being simulated test, Jarvis cannot give precise data and could only give estimated values.

But even these estimates were enough to send everyone present into a shock. A human with this statistic could already be called a humanoid tank: a body that could shrug off firearms, with speed and strength ten times that of ordinary people.

With only a little training, this subject can be an extraordinary killing machine. Normal soldiers might as well be ants!

"Damn, Li Yue, I guess you weren't lying! But this failure rate is too high! The success rate is less than one percent, so nobody would dare inject this thing! And it collapses your DNA when it fails, so nobody could survive it!"

Tony finally took his eyes off the screen to complain to Li Yue. The serum's effect was indeed very strong, but the pitiful success rate would deter anyone from trying it!

Tony subconsciously glanced at Annie. How lucky must one be to survive the minuscule chance! Is she a lucksack or what?

"Alright, Tony, you can stop staring at Annie. She didn't get injected with the serum as an adult, but as a baby. The success rate for infants are considerably higher than adults!

Tony took out drinks and beer from the fridge and handed them to everyone, before crashing to the sofa himself. Unlike Li Yue, who easily beaten Dormammu, Tony had to actually fight his part against the dark god.

"Indeed, I am really tired today! But as earthlings,it is a given that you fight to protect your planet!"

Thor sat on the sofa and took a big gulp of beer. He agreed with Tony's words.

"But what does it matter? I protected the Earth today, but nobody knows about it other than the people in this room!"

Tony curled up on the sofa and took a big gulp of beer.

He had only stocked beer in the fridge after meeting Li Yue. Tony the millionaire was obviously above drinking this cheap booze before—he had drunk countless liters of red wine! But he suddenly found a taste for it.

"Alright, stop grumbling. We protected our home, right? We should be happy!"

Captain America felt that he had found friendship in this bizarre group. He had slept for 70 years and lost all of his old friends, but it wasn't bad making new friends with Tony, Li Yue, and Thor!

"Well, then. To commemorate Dormammu's defeat and the success of our mission, let's toast!"

Tony suddenly stood up and raised his beer!

"Cheers!"

"And for the Sorcerer Supreme who sacrificed himself for this, Master Ancient One!"

"Yes, and that bald mage..."

The room suddenly fell silent when Ancient One was mentioned. Death was a topic that everyone avoids, even by Tony the superhero!
