Bye-Bye, Tony!

Li Yue reappeared on Earth, in the living room of Tony's villa.

"Mr. Li Yue, welcome!" Jarvis' voice greeted Li Yue!

"Hey, Jarvis, what is Tony busy with?"

While speaking with Jarvis, Li Yue waved his hand at the empty air in front of him. A sound of shattering glass rang out, and cracks appeared in the space in front of Li Yue. Li Yue placed the Three-Pointed Double-Edged Blade in his hand inside the cracks in space.

The Three-Pointed Double-Edged Blade could appear in his hands according to Li Yue's will, so he rather not carry it around with him. He would be treated like a monkey if he waved that kind of weapon around! It would be better to put it in Mirror Dimension!

"Mr. Stark is currently in the underground research room. He had instructed me to notify him once you return, so please wait a moment!"

"Alright, I'll wait for him here!"

Li Yue waved his hand and dismissed the Mirror Dimension spell after making sure that his weapon was secure.

"Mr. Li Yue, Mr. Stark will come up immediately!"

Tony rushed up in no time from the underground laboratory!

"Hey, Li Yue, why haven't I heard anything from you in the past couple of days?"

When he arrived in the living room, Tony was greeted by the sight of Li Yue sitting on the sofa, drinking his drinks and eating his fruits.

Tony followed Li Yue's example and took out a can of drink from the fridge. He sat opposite Li Yue.

For some reason, Tony found that his mood changed drastically in front of Li Yue. He couldn't help but go along with Li Yue's casual attitude, throwing away everything about his rich upbringing and gentlemanly manner to the back of his mind.

"Didn't I tell you? I went to Asgard for a walk!" Li Yue replied while stuffing his mouth with fruits.

"You have the nerve to tell me that? You didn't even wait for me to finish speaking before you escaped! I was also curious about Asgard; I wanted to go take a look too!" Tony complained to Li Yue as he picked up a fruit from the table.

"Ahaha...Let's stop talking about this. Why don't we talk about your basement research project?" Li Yue changed the topic, embarrassed.

"I was obviously researching nanotechnology, the thing you mentioned before. I had no time or energy for anything other than nanotechnology now.

"Tell me the truth. Did you see this nanotechnology in the future? Did you steal the idea from the armor technology that I would develop in the future?"

Tony readily abandoned the talk about Asgard and followed the change of topic to his current research subject, nanotechnology!

"So what if I am?" Li Yue also knew that he could not hide it from Tony, so he openly admitted it. That part wasn't important!

"I knew it. No wonder you always have reasonable and revolutionary suggestions about my armor development. You even asked me to create the Veronica System. I really thought Veronica was your ex-girlfriend's name!

"I only understood when you came back with that green monster that I realized what the F-HK and Veronica Strategic Support System was for. It was to stop that green monster!"

Tony said a lot of things in one breath, complaining about Li Yue's "frauds."

Li Yue could only listen to Tony's complaints helplessly, not saying a word!

"Now, spill the beans. Tell me every detail of the future me and the nanotechnology armor that I would develop. Consider it compensation for lying to me!"

Of course, Tony didn't actually blame Li Yue for lying. He was only joking. But he still asked for information on his future armor; it was worth the shot to accelerate his current research.

Tony smiled internally. He didn't dislike this feeling of 'plagiarizing' his future self. He just had to hope his future self wouldn't sue his current self for copyright infringement!

Tony didn't reveal any of these thoughts to Li Yue. If Li Yue heard any of them, he would probably say: "Um, actually..."

In the end, Li Yue told Tony about the various specification of the nanotech armor that Tony used in Avengers 3. Tony simply nodded along and praised his future wisdom.

"Hah, glad to know I will stay the smartest guy on Earth in the future!"

Li Yue couldn't find any words to refute Tony.

"Alright, alright, you're the greatest. Now, I didn't come here just to chit-chat. Let's get to business!"

"You're already overpowered. You can go to that mythical Asgard wonderland as much as you like, and you can even see the future. What on Earth would the great Li Yue need my help with?"

Tony was a little confused. What could Li Yue need his help for?

"Spare me the sarcasm. I really need your help. I need you to make me an AI assistant like Jarvis.

"It would be best if I can carry it around, and I want it to have strong hacking capability! Can you do it?" Li Yue voiced his request.

Li Yue felt that having a smart AI assistant like Jarvis was a must. It would be great if the terminal was convenient to carry around. The only person that Li Yue knew could make him this kind of thing was Tony!

"AI assistant that's easy to carry around and with hacking capability!" Tony repeated Li Yue's request, deep in thought.

"Making an AI assistant is easy; you can just make a copy of Jarvis. Making it portable shouldn't be that hard. I can make it into a watch or a cell phone. The only drawback would be the lack of storage space!

"The hardest problem would be hacking capability. Hacking into ordinary systems is easy, but for fortified systems like SHIELD's, it would be impossible without large servers!"

Tony thought for a long time before slowly opening his mouth.

"I don't need to hack into a large organization like SHIELD. I just need it to be able to hack into basic systems and modify the information!" Li Yue interrupted Tony's thought.

"Is that so? That's a piece of cake. I'll let you know when it's done. Should be just a few days."

Tony's tightly knitted brows relaxed. He had thought that Li Yue needed to invade top-secret servers! If it's just a normal system, then it was the easy mode for Tony!

"Alright, it's settled, then! Thanks, Tony. I'll just leave you alone now. Remember to call me when you're done!"

Li Yue immediately stood up and said his farewell when Tony said it wouldn't be a problem. He couldn't wait to meet Louise, whom he hadn't seen for days due to the matter in Asgard!

"Also, Tony? I hope you wouldn't be constrained by the future-you. I hope that you can become a stronger Iron Man!

"Alright, bye-bye! Tony!"

Li Yue disappeared after he finished speaking. Of course, he didn't forget his weapon!

"Constrained by future-me? Going the same old path? Heh, I don't think the future me that you see could obtain the metal I have!"

Tony grinned after Li Yue left, recalling the pile of special metal fragments that he had collected in his underground laboratory.
