"Watch out!" Jane shouts, "It's coming back!"
The Destroyer gets up and strides forward.
—It looks like the energy beam didn't work, and now it's ready for melee combat!
During this pause, Vex assesses the situation and confirms the details.
He's in Marvel, and the timeline is from Thor 1, right?
Earlier, the [Dragon Talisman] could go toe-to-toe with the Destroyer, so the other talismans shouldn't be any weaker, right?
This confidence swells up in him.
His left arm is still held by Darcy.
Vex releases Jane with his right hand.
He raises his palm, activating the [Rooster Talisman: Telekinesis], causing the debris around them to float into the air.
