'It wasn't supposed to be like this.

I am an Eternal. I have 3 Infinity Gems.

So why am I losing?'

Thanos was punched by Carol Danvers. sending him flying. The Deviants used this opening. They were using their vines to pierce, tie up and pull his left leg.

"PULL!" Kro Leader of the Deviants yelled out.

The Eternals quickly followed up from the other side. Sersi used her Matter Transformation to change the materials of the Dark Dimension. She copied the Deviants and tied up his right arm. "Grab on and Pull!" Ajak yelled out.

"Sage Mode. Bloodthirsty Vines!" Hashirama created reddish vines that pierced his other leg. As soon as they got Thanos, they glowed and started to absorb his blood and his stamina.

They were pulling Thanos in different directions trying to rip apart his body.

"THANOS!!!" Thor raised Stormbreaker and used his powers to their max. His entire body was covered in lightning. Stormbreaker was so bright it looked like a miniature star. Thor vanished and appeared in front of Thanos ready to cut him down

Dormammu tied up his right arm where the gauntlet was and sent hundreds of Dark Blades at his back. Each one held a lot more power than what he ever used before.

"DIE!" Madara yelled from above. his sword pointed at Thanos's head. Madara compressed his True Sussano to only 3 meters. He discovered a new way to use his powers in the Time Loop. Making him even more powerful.

Mindless Odin was also next to Madara. His Spear filled with power, ready to skewer Thanos.

A combined pincer attack. He was being pulled in 4 directions while facing attacks from 3 sides. Front, Back and Above.

Thanos gritted his teeth and his eyes glowed purple "NOOOOO!!!"

The Power Stone glowed. Its power spread from the gauntlet in all directions. like an explosion. It destroyed his bindings and their attacks.

Madara who was above him was destroyed. Thor was sent flying back with burns on his arms

"Tsk. He got away" Carol floated above the rest, ready to attack Thanos again.

*Cough Cough.*

Thanos looked at them with rage in his eyes as he coughed up some blood.

'How am I on the defensive? When I got the Soul stone. My power doubled if not tripled. That made it a lot easier to bear the stress and pain that come with wielding the stones without having intimate knowledge of how they work and the laws they govern. How can they stand up AGAINST ME!'

"Defending against an attack like that must have hurt. That's what happens when you use the Stones without the proper knowledge" Dormammu calmly walked forward as more Dark Blades appeared in the sky behind him.

Thanos looked at Ward who was in the back. He was smiling at him.

"Fight Me, COWARD!!"

Ward just smirked. "Make me"

"This is for GEMORA!!" They were interrupted by Peter Quill. Him and the Guardians started to shoot at Thanos with their weapons.

"Begone!" his red Reality Stone glowed, the Guardians were turned into cubes and fell apart.

"Pathetic" Madara scoffed as he reformed.

"Usually I would disagree with you. But at the moment you are quite right" Hashirama sighed as he shook his head.

*Bzzz*

Odin's spear Gungnir started to glow and crackle as power started to gather at the tip.

While Madara and Hasihrama were staying Thanos Odin apeard behind him ready to strike him in the back. But Thanos quickly dodged letting the spear pass by him as he grabbed Edo-Odin's throat with his Gauntlet

"Hmmm. I wonder.."

The Soul Stone Glowed. Odin's body started to fall apart. Thanos pulled his arm back pulling his soul out of the body which was disintegrating.

"Huh? Where am I? Who are you?!" Odin yells out as his throat was held by Thanos

"Father?" Thor says tearfully

"Thor? What's going on?!" Odin trashes as a child

"Father you were brought back from the dead to fight as an undead warrior" Thor replies without thinking. He unconsciously acted the same way as when Odin was still alive

"Who dares bring me back as an undead slave!!" Odin raged like a mad man in Thanos's grasp, who was looking unamused so he threw Soul Odin away.

"Right here!" Ward raised his hand and waved at him "Say hi to Hella for me. She has dibs on your soul. You are eternally bound to her. She is quite eager to kill you over and over in as many ways she can think of, until the end of time."

" NOOO I-" Thanos clenched his fist sending the Soul away

"Heh. Good Riddance. He was giving us Zombies a bad name" Madara mocks him for being weak while Hashirama just facepalms

For the next 5 minutes. Thanos was attacked by everyone except Ward. They inflicted a lot of injuries on him but he made the wounds disappear with the Reality Stone

"I wanted to avoid this. But it seems like am left with no other choice" Thanos said regretfully

"What does he mean?" Sersi asked Ajak who was looking at Thanos.

"I have a bad feeling about this" Ajak spoke out loud

"Haaaaa" All 3 stones started to shine brightly. Lines spread across the Gauntlet and then on his body. A three-colored aura engulfed Thanos. Orange, red and purple.

Everybody took a step back at the sheer power radiating from him. But Ward smiled when he saw him. Cracks started to appear across his body.

"So? What's the situation" Dormammu who was standing next to Ward whispered

"His body was getting destroyed from the inside out. Right on schedule" Ward replied calmly

"I hope you know what you're doing. Otherwise, you are dooming both of us" Dormammu commanded the Dark Dimension. Dark Blades appeared all around them. Thousands and thousands of blades.

He swung his arm down and all of the blades flew straight at Thanos. An omnidirectional attack.

Thanos saw the attack and raised his gauntlet to his chest and it glowed purple. The aura around him changed as the purple color became the dominant one with small amounts of Red and Orange

Thanos swung his hand as if hitting the air behind him. Purple energy erupted from his fist destroying all of the blades and sending everyone flying. Looking very similar to WhiteBeard's Quake attack

Ward's eyebrow twitched as he saw that attack

"Fucking copycat" He mumbled under his breath

" Come on we can take him. We will just tie him up as before" Sprite yelled out (Illusion Eternal)

"There is no room left for you in my Reality" His aura changed again now it was mostly red. All the Eternals and Deviants were turned into some sort of blobs (Imagine Suigetsu)

Carol charged up, her body was covered in a multilight aura. She appeared right next to him, timing her attack just as he defeated the others

Thanos tried to change the Reality around her but failed.

"I got my powers from the Infinity Stones. You are going need a lot more than that." She punched him right in the jaw sending him flying

"RaaaHHH" Thor charged in ignoring his injuries. Stormbreaker ready to cut him in half

"Well if reality won't work on you. Let me show you true power" Thanos got a purple aura around him. He focused his power in his right fist (The one without the gauntlet) and used it to punch Thor straight in the chest, a purple shockwave erupted engulfing Thor and sending him flying down in the endless space of the Dark Dimension

*Whoosh*

Two Hashirama's appeared near Thanos and each grabbed one arm. Roots erupted from their chests as they tied themselves to his arms. The aura immediately started to burn him.

"NOW MADARA!" Hashirama yelled out.

Madara who was in his Mini Susano form Raised his sword. "RAAAAAA" Madara concentrated so much power in the sword that shone so brightly almost looked like a blue star

"DIE!!" He slammed his sword at Thanos colliding with his aura cloak. Little by little it started to push through.

Thanos seeing this roared out " I WILL NOT FALL!" His aura changed into a bright orange. Nullifying both their attacks. He quickly grabbed each by their throats

"Begone Spirits!!" He rips out Madara and Hashirama out of their Edo-bodies.

"Damn it. I wanted to fight some more" Madara slumped a bit. Sad that his fight was over

"Sigh, Finally. I can go home, well to the afterlife. Mito's gonna be pissed." Hashirama was happy and scared at the same time

"You whipped tree hugger. Grow a spine, and maybe then. Mito will stop wearing the pants in the relationship" Madara sneered at him

"Do you mean that figuratively or ...?"

"... Actually you are right. You can literally grow yourself a spine made from wood. WHY THE HELL HAVEN'T YOU DONE THAT YET!" Madara grabbed his armor and started to shake him

"It doesn't work that wa-y" Both souls disappeared in a flash. Going back to their dimension.

"Those two are one of a kind. They bicker even when they are just souls" Ward smiled as he watched them disappear

"Well, I am no match for him now. It's time for you to step it" Dormammu looked at Ward.

"I guess it is" Ward started to walk toward Thanos

*Cough Cough*

Thanos coughed out some blood

"Well looks like using the stones like that finally caught up to you. You have less than an hour to live if you keep using the stones like that. Stop now and you could live for another decade or so." Ward says casually

Thanos looked at Ward and raised his gauntlet "It matters not if I die. I will get the stones from you and do what must be done. I would gladly die once I accomplish my goal"

"That's if you get the stones from me" Ward's last step shook the Dark Dimension. It started to shake and change. The entire plane was about to come crashing down on Thanos

"No IF. It's When" Thanos glowed bright Red as he pointed his gauntlet at Ward. A bright red light Engulfed him for a second and the Dark Dimension returned to normal

Ward looked at his hands then at Thanos "You cut my connection to the Dark Dimension?" He asked with a raised eyebrow

"I made a Reality where your connection to this dimension was gone" Thanos whispered as his knees buckled. His skin started to crack as blood started to come through the cracks

Ward just shook his head with a slight smile "The Reality Stone really is bullshit. But that move must have cut down your lifespan by a lot. You had an hour. Right now I'm guessing you have about 30 minutes left. After all you did change the reality of a whole Dimension."

"As I said, I don't mind dying if I can accomplish my goal. You lost your connection to this dimension, losing most of your power as a result. I can barely sense any power in you now. You have no chance of defeating me. Hand over the stones and I will spare your life." Thanos said smugly

Ward looked at him before he started to chuckle. Then he quickly started to laugh.

Thanos was surprised by his actions before giving him another sneer "Has defeat driven you mad? I expected more from a man like you"

"Oh you poor, delusional, purple piece of shit. You have no idea what you are dealing with" Ward looked down at him.

"So be it." Thanos started to glow bright Orange again. " You said those stones are linked to you. I will rip them right out of your Soul"

Thanos pulled his fist back as the orange aura focused around the Gauntlet.

Thanos threw his punch right at Ward's chest. It looked like it was too fast for Ward to even see.

*BOOOM*

The explosion send dust flying everywhere

"I win" Thanos grinned. That attack can harm the Soul directly. He quickly tried to pull the remains of Ward's Soul only to freeze in place

"I think not" a calm voice echoed across the plane

The smoke cleared revealing an unharmed Ward stopping his fist with just his palm. There was not a scratch on him.

"Impossible.." Thanos was dumbstruck "No mortal can survive that attack without any taking any damage!! I took away your POWER!!" Thanos roared with a mad glint in his eyes

"You are right. No mortal could have survived that. And you did take away my connection to this Dimension. But I am no Mortal" As soon as Ward finished speaking. The Dark Dimension started to shake.

Not because he owned it.

It started to shake from fear.

*CRACK!!*

*BOOOOM!!!!!*

A bright Purple Aura engulfed Ward. It outshined Thanos's own aura. There was no competition. Like a small Moon standing in front of the Sun.

"D-Divine Aura.. You ascended" He looked at Ward in shock.

"The Reality Stone is really versatile. But the Time Stone is even more so. Especially when you have mastered Time Magic. I spent thousands of years refining my own powers. Until I ascended"

Thanos watched as Ward's aura destroyed everything around him, everything was reduced to space dust, even his own aura

"God of Destruiction... I never stood a chance did I" Thanos lowered his head, as his dreams, his life goal. Crashing right in front of his eyes. Centuries of effort, about to end right here.

"Not quite" Ward raised his right hand forming a small purple orb with small purple lights orbiting around it. "This little orb can destroy a planet"

He then raised his left hand a pitch-black orb formed then various shades of green started to form around it. "While this one can create one" (A/N planetary devastation black orb)

"Creation" Thanos looked at the orb with reverence. The power to create Life.

"That's right. I am both the 'God of Destruction' and the 'God of Creation'. By achieving both I became 'The God of Harmony and Balance.'" Ward says calmly as he taps the gauntlet. Letting it dissolve into purple lights. The stones flew to him.

"So what does that make you now" Thanos didn't even flinch as his stones were taken from him. He lost. The loser has no right to complain. Ward Summoned his Grimoire and put the stones in their correct spaces. The stones glowed as the Grimoire started to copy them.

"I don't know honestly. The closest comparison to me is the Embodiment of Creation and Destruction. The Pheonix Force. But I'm far from being on the same level " (GodKing?)

"The Beginning And The End. That's what I am." Ward raised his hand as a symbol formed on top of his palm. A Yin Yang Symbol. The White part being 'Creation'. The Black part 'Destruction'. Together they form the Yin Yang. A symbol for 'Balance'.

(other symbols that can be used. Triskelion. 3 Mitsu Tomoe symbol.)

"Sigh I'm ready. I can die knowing I gave it my all, at most I have a month to live. I would much rather die by your hand." Thanos shakily stood up. His face collected. A man who has accepted that he is going to die and doesn't fear death.

"Who said that you were going to die" Ward smiled, but his smile sent shivers down Thanos's spine

"You slaughtered the lives of trillions. Halving the population of each planet. Spanning across galaxies. You don't deserve a warrior's death. I doom you to a fate far worse than death." Ward's grimoire floated in front of him as the mind stone started to glow

"I named this technique after the original that inspired me to make it. Tsukuyomi"

When Thanos came to he was standing in a different place. He was back on Vormir.

"Why am I back here" Thanos looked around and stopped once he saw the Wrath of Red Skull

"Thanos. I doom your soul. You will re-live your worst nightmare. You will kill your Daughter Gemora. Over and over. You will watch her die endlessly. Each death will be different than the last. You will suffer for all of eternity. That is your fate."

"Daddy" Thanos sharply turned around seeing Gemora as a kid

"Noo.." He shuttered, tears forming in his eyes

"Why did you kill me daddy?" She asked him

His body started to move on his own "NOO!! STOP!!! I BEG OF YOU!!!"

Thanos grabbed Gemora "Are you going to kill me again? Wasnt Once Enough" Gemora yelled out in a haunting voice as her eyes turned white

"PLEASE NOT AGAIN!" He screamed as his body moved against his command. He threw Gemora over the Edge

"NOOOOOOO!!!" He fell down on his knees. Looking at her, as her childish form laid unmoving on the ground"

"Why did you kill me Father?" Thanos turned around as a Teenage Gemora Stood in front of him

"NO!! PLEASEE!!" He sobbed out "PLEASE LET ME DIE! I BEG OF YOU" He screamed at the sky

"Are you going to kill me again Father?" Gemora looked at him with blank white eyes

"NOOOOO!!!!"
