Jack calmly raised his hand and lightly tapped on Blackheart's forehead with one finger.
"Hmm?!"
Blackheart had no chance to react. By the time he tried to stop it, he had found that Jack had already withdrawn his hand and appeared next to the well.
Just as he was about to rush over, a destructive force began to pour from his forehead, almost instantly flowing through every part of his body.
"Oh..."
Blackheart seemed to feel something but was completely unable to stop it and stood there with a blank expression.
Then...
"Bang!"
His entire body exploded like a firework, instantly spreading the darkness that had enveloped the entire place.
However, the situation was not over yet. Jack could feel that although Blackheart had been blown into pieces, he had not been completely killed.
Countless small fragments scattered in all directions were quickly gathered, and some of the evil spirits that had been blown out of Blackheart's body were still rushing toward the center. A pair of feet had already appeared in the same spot as before in just a moment.
"He's not dead even after that? He really is a cockroach."
Seeing this scene, Jack frowned in disgust and turned to the well, peeking into the dark depths below.
"Hey, Ghost Rider, if you don't hurry up, I can't guarantee I won't steal the demons," he said, looking at the Black, whose limit had already grown to his knees. "You probably have about... twenty seconds left."
There was a muffled sound from the bottom of the well, followed by a burning skeleton that jumped up.
"Hmm?"
Jack looked at the Ghost Rider with a strange expression, surprised. "Where did your clothes go?" Earlier, the Ghost Rider had at least a cool leather jacket and pants, but now, apart from his pants, his clothes were gone.
He was just a skeleton.
"Torn and thrown away." The Ghost Rider didn't even look back, looking at the Blackheart, who had already recovered to his chest. "Is this your plan?"
"Yes, that's right, hurry up and stare him to death with your eyes. I still have to go home and sleep," Jack looked at the time, it was already close to midnight, and he couldn't help but instruct them.
"Alright." The Ghost Rider glanced back at him before turning towards the Blackheart.
At this moment, Blackheart had just regained his head and had not yet escaped from the earlier death-like experience. As soon as he opened his eyes, he found the Ghost Rider's large face right in front of him.
Subconsciously, he looked into the Ghost Rider's eyes.
"No!" Blackheart instantly felt despair. He wanted to move his eyes away but found that he couldn't move them.
"Over a thousand sinful souls are waiting to be burned!"
The Ghost Rider pointed to Blackheart's eyes solemnly as if passing judgment. "Feel the pain of those innocents!"
"Ah!!"
Blackheart screamed in a nightmare.
From Jack's perspective, the Ghost Rider only glanced at Blackheart, and the latter started screaming like a kid.
Then suddenly, flames burst all over Blalckheart's body, burning something continuously. In the burning flames, there were endless cries of suffering.
This went on for several minutes until the cries disappeared, and the flames that had wrapped around Blackheart's body rushed into his eyes.
Blackheart's originally blood-red eyes were instantly burnt to charcoal by the flames! He also seemed to lose his support and fell to the ground without a sound.
"Wow, he really lives up to his reputation." Jack walked over and kicked Blackheart on the ground. As a result, his body broke into pieces like sand blown by the wind, leaving only a pile of black ash in place.
With Blackheart's death, the whole place returned to normal. The dark clouds disappeared, and the moon came out. The surroundings finally looked somewhat normal.
Jack looked at Ghost Rider with a hot face and said, "Can you teach me?"
The Ghost Rider ignored him and looked in the direction outside the small town.
In the dark night, a figure with a crutch bathed in the moonlight was walking steadily from town. At first glance, it seemed to be a kilometer away, but upon closer inspection, the figure was already close to them.
This was a gentleman in a coat and a top hat, who was none other than Mephisto, who had met Jack once before.
"Thank you very much, both of you!"
Approaching the two, Mephisto tilted his hat, bowed deeply, straightened up, and looked at Ghost Rider and Jack. "My child can be naughty sometimes, and I'm extremely grateful that you helped me stop him!"
"You! Go back to hell!" Upon seeing him, Ghost Rider didn't hesitate to raise his hand and directly drive him away.
"Oh, I thought we were friends, after all, we have a common enemy."
Mephisto sighed with some regret, raising his head at random and saying, "Of course, I'll be heading back now, but could you please return the San Venganza..."
Boom!
Before Mephisto finished speaking, a burst of flame burst out from Jack's hand, revealing a burning piece of parchment. Seeing this, Mephisto's calm manners crushed, and he looked on in anger as the contract of San Venganza was reduced to ashes before his eyes.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention," Jack said, waving his hand to scatter the ashes. He looked apologetically at Mephisto and asked, "What was it that you wanted?"
Both Mephisto and Ghost Rider stared at him in shock. Was this guy even human?
"What's the matter?" Jack innocently asked, looking back and forth between Mephisto and Ghost Rider as if to say, 'It's not my fault!'
Mephisto was so angry that even the moon above seemed to dim a bit. Anyone would find it hard to accept that a contract he had worked hard to create over the years had been burned to ashes.
Just as he was about to take action, a ring of teleport appeared in the middle of the scene, instantly suppressing his anger.
"Ancient One, are you trying to stop me?"
Looking at the bald woman in the ring of teleport, Mephisto's face stiffened, wanting to leave immediately, but his pride got in the way.
"I have no such intention, Mephisto!"
The Ancient One looked calmly at Mephisto, the Eye of Agamotto on her chest shining.
Mephisto wasn't a fool, he naturally could see that the Ancient One wanted to protect this human, and he knew that he was no match for her, who held the Time Stone on Earth.
Therefore, he simply turned into a cloud of black smoke and disappeared without a trace.
