8 Chapter 8: Beginning

Kian's plan was simple, to eliminate the high ranking in this unit. Although it was unlikely to turn the tide of the war in their favor, it would buy them more time while waiting for reinforcements.

However, it seemed like the enemy was much smarter than he had expected. Before he could even react, two burly German soldiers surrounded him and handcuffed him from behind.

Kian didn't resist because he wanted to see what the Germans were planning to do with him. Despite having the ability to take out the soldiers in a split second, he decided to wait and observe.

The German officer smirked at Kian, saying that the colonel had expected to assassinate him but didn't expect it to be carried out by just one person. He ordered for the entire area to be searched for other Americans and for Kian to be taken to see the colonel. The two German soldiers holding Kian dragged him away without explanation.

Although Kian didn't resist, he couldn't help but think that the officer was too confident in thinking he was the only one there. Despite the bumpy journey, he believed he had achieved his objective. He followed the soldiers silently, knowing that he was not alone.

The officer likely believed Kian couldn't do anything while tied up, so he brought him straight to the command post.

As Kian was escorted, he could observe that they were strong fighting forces compared to the 107th Division on the other side. He realized that if he didn't take action today, they wouldn't have made it through the night.

They eventually arrived at a massive air raid shelter where a group of high-ranking officers in SS uniforms were gathered, deep in discussion. Suddenly, someone announced that they had caught a spy, causing the crowd to quiet down. A young officer approached Kian, gazed intently into his eyes, and said in a deep voice, "So, you are here planning to kill me to turn the tide of the war in your favor?"

Kian hesitated for a moment before admitting, "Yes, that's true."

Kian no longer hides and admits, "There's no other way. Although I don't want to come, I have to."

"You Americans always go straight to the point, but unfortunately, it's useless!" August appears relaxed and looks arrogantly at Kian, "Even if I die, anyone here can command this army to kill you! Your plan is doomed to fail."

"Are they all here." he asks, looks at the other German officers in the bunker, and nods, "That's great! Saves me from having to find them one by one."

August furrows his brow, thinking that the other person must be crazy to say such things while being tied up, and orders, "Take him down and let him watch as our troops destroy them!"

"You probably won't have that chance, Colonel!" Kian smiles mysteriously, "You shouldn't have brought me here! Thank you very much!"

Suddenly, the ropes that were tightly binding Kian disappeared right in front of Colonel Auguste's eyes. Before he can react, Kian points a gun at him and says, "Goodbye!" with a loud bang.

Colonel Auguste, who was just feeling proud a moment ago, is killed instantly. Kian seems trapped and surrounded by soldiers with their hands reaching for their own guns, and some even pointing theirs directly at him. In the next second, bullets are about to shoot him down.

Suddenly, everything slows down, then Kian pulls out two pistols and begins firing rapidly. His hands move so fast that they blur, and the sound of his guns is like that of a machine gun. Every bullet flies true, hitting the target.

The world returns to normal in an instant, and Kian stands alone in the underground command post. There are corpses scattered around him, each with a bullet in the forehead.

Kian threw away the pistol, which had run out of bullets, then he picked up two unloaded handguns and two hand grenades from the corpse.

The noise of the gunshot here couldn't hide from the outside guards. In just two or three seconds, someone would come in. He had to hurry and leave!

He pulled out the safety pins of the hand grenades and threw them out, and Kian rushed toward the exit.

"Boom!!!!"

After a loud noise, the original underground command post was left with a big pit. Before the guards outside could react, a figure rushed out from the thick smoke.

"Bang, bang, bang!!"

Kian's hands never stopped, firing bullets that took away the lives of confused German soldiers one by one!

He throws away the handguns again and does not stop, heading in a certain direction. Besides assassinating, he has another task to complete

The command post was attacked, and almost the entire German camp was shaken. Countless soldiers rushed towards here, and Kian's pressure suddenly increased!

"Bang!"

He swiftly kills a German soldier and manages to blend into the darkness to avoid detection from a group of German soldiers. He possesses incredible physical abilities, making him a formidable force on the battlefield. Moreover, his "Golden Finger Multiverse Salvage Pool" allows him to store military reserves, making him a mobile artillery unit.

Kian reached the edge of the German-occupied territory, where he could escape into the wilderness. However, he spots a German artillery position that contains over twenty-three to four-meter-high cannons. It becomes his second target.

There were people on the battlefield and over twenty-three to four-meter-high cannons!

The German artillery position was Kian's second target!
