(The Incursion War.)

Chapter fifty eight:

Back at Kamar Taj, where Wanda and I went for a brief moment of solitude in order to devise a plan. Wanda had her head down, still believing that all hope was lost.

I then put my hand on Wanda's chin while lifting her head back up.

"Look at me." I said.

Wanda gazed at me with glowing emerald eyes in utter fear. For the first time I could see her soul deep inside by merely looking at her eyes. It told me Wanda's whole story. The dread and sadness, the despair, the trauma. I saw it all.

"We can't win... We're... They're going to die. And it's all my fault." Replied Wanda.

"Wanda, you... Don't ask me how I know this, but... You have such a capacity for goodness... You've just been through so much horrible, unnecessary things... But you have the power to save us all. If you could just... Stop hiding behind your pain. If you would just stop constantly beating yourself up over this!" I said.

Wanda Maximoff interrupted me with her voice slightly above a whisper.

"I can't." Replied Wanda.

"You can. You may not believe it, but I do... I believe in you Wanda, so believe in me." I said.

"How?" Replied Wanda.

"You don't have to know how, you can do anything. You just have to believe it will happen, truly believe it. Like I do." I said.

"It's not that easy." Replied Wanda.

"Close your eyes... Take a deep breath. Think about what I told you back in New York and take it to heart. Believe it to the fullest... Think about everything and everyone you lost, think about every single thing that went wrong in your life... I said.

Wanda Maximoff then closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"Your grief... Your love... Your vulnerability. That's your superpower. It's your greatest weapon and you don't even realize it. It's not a weakness." I replied.

"What are you saying?" Said Wanda.

"I'm saying that your weakness is your strength. Or... You have to own it make it your strength. Look, Wanda, I've shared a lot about my life with you, so I can say from personal experience. Our scars can hurt us, and man it hurts. It hurts so much." I replied.

"It feels like it will never go away. I can't do this anymore. I'm tired." Said Wanda.

"See that's what you shouldn't do. If we let it consume us, it can destroy our souls." I replied.

"What's your point Travis?" Said Wanda.

"The point is our scars can hurt us, destroy our souls, but we can survive them. They can transform us. They can give us the power to endure. And the strength to fight... Your strength lies in your heart, let it guide you. You are a good person Wanda. With a good heart. So use it." I replied.

Wanda Maximoff then stared deeply into my eyes and we hugged each other for one last time.

"We gotta stop doing this in the middle of a battle." I said.

"Sorry." Replied Wanda.

"No it's okay... Are you ready?" I said.

"What are we going to do?" Replied Wanda.

"Do you trust me?" I said.

"I do." Replied Wanda.

"Doctor Strange! Now!" I said.

A portal opened behind us, and it took us to Prime Kang the Conquer himself. Upon arriving, we saw Daredevil, about to be killed by Prime Kang the Conquer. Prime Kang the Conquer finally regained his powers and immediately turned the fight around. Daredevil was being choked by Kang's telekinesis, but he stopped when he saw Wanda and I approaching him.

"I was wondering where the two of you went. You got smart tricks Firefist. But it won't avail you. You must be so stupid to approach me. Now I will kill you first. Slowly." Replied Prime Kang the Conquer.

Wanda Maximoff and I held each other's hands firmly. As Prime Kang the Conquer walked towards us, I then put my head against Wanda's.

"It's time." I said.

"Time? Wh... I don't know what you want me to do?" Replied Wanda.

I pointed my finger to Wanda's heart before Prime Kang the Conquer grabbed my arm.

"Your heart is your strength. So use it." I said.

Prime Kang the Conquer then froze Wanda and grabbed me by the arm and threw me a few feet away.

"Np!" Replied Wanda.

Prime Kang the Conquer kicked me in the ribs multiple times and stomped on my head as I tried to get back up. I coughed up blood while smiling at him with confidence.

"Leave him alone!" Said Wanda.

Prime Kang the Conquer picked me back up and brutally punched me in the face over and over again. I could not defend myself. Prime Kang the Conquer then grabbed me by the hips with his shoulders and spread me onto the ground.

Prime Kang the Conquer closed his fists and activated sharp blades that came out of his gloves.

"Let's see you smile at this." Replied Prime Kang the Conquer.

He crouched on top of my body and began punching me everywhere, ripping parts of my flesh from my body.

"You can bruise me, cut me, break my bones and even torture me all you want... You will still lose. Because evil always loses." I said.

I then looked at Wanda and smiled.

"I am not evil I am trying to save the world from humanity. I just don't care what it takes to do so!" Replied Prime Kang the Conquer.

Prime Kang the Conquer then broke my left arm and I screamed in anguish. He then extended one of his blades and stabbed me in the stomach. All Wanda could do was watch in horror. I then looked at her again and smiled.

"Every villain... *cough*... Thinks they are the hero of their own story. But you made one mistake. The Scarlet Redeemer is on my side. Throughout all your years of conquest and victories, you have never faced Wanda. You fear her because you know what she is capable of. I believe she is the only one capable of defeating you.... and I think you know that too. That's why you wanted to weaken her by making everyone turn against her. That's why you wanted to break her spirit, faking the death of Vision in front of her... Sending her through hell this entire time..." I said.

Prime Kang the Conquer screamed in anger and threw me to the ground, before stomping on my face once again.

"There is nothing that you can do to me, that will matter. Nothing you do to me will matter in the end... Because since the beginning of time, your fate was sealed. This is the moment that you lose everything for good." I replied.

I then winked at Wanda and a look of determination came over her. Prime Kang the Conquer stomped on my knees, and broke them. I then screamed in pain, and tried to get back up, but I was unable to. Prime Kang the Conquer then stood on top of me and strangled me to death. Wanda Maximoff gnashed on her teeth in anger and thought about everything I told her. She knew that there was no time to panic, so Wanda closed her eyes and cleared her mind. After a few seconds, a glowing red aura slowly appeared all over her body and it became brighter by every second. When Wanda opened her eyes, it emitted a powerful red cosmic energy, unlike her normal red glow. Her power was fully restored, and it broke her free from Prime Kang the Conquer's telekinesis. Wanda Maximoff then used her red chaos magic to blast Prime Kang the Conquer away from me.

Wanda Maximoff flew towards Prime Kang the Conquer in mid- air. She flew him close to the ground and concentrated all of her cosmic powers into her hands. Wanda Maximoff began to punch Prime Kang the Conquer's face into the ground over and over again while screaming at him in anger. Each time Wanda said a word she would punch him harder.

"Leave! My friends! And family! Alone!" Said Wanda.

Wanda Maximoff then threw Prime Kang the Conquer to the ground. She then lifted him up with her telekinesis and threw him into multiple buildings. As Prime Kang the Conquer stood up, Wanda suddenly flew straight at him and punched him so hard that the shockwave made a crater beneath him their feet. For the first time, Prime Kang the Conquer had blood on his mouth. He then looked up and saw Wanda floating above him. Fear then came over him, and his eyes widened in disbelief.

"Is that the best that you can do?" Replied Prime Kang the Conquer.

"Not even close." Said Wanda.

Wanda Maximoff then used her extremely fast reflexes and fighting skills that she learned from Black Widow herself back in the day, combined with her cosmic powers and began to fight Prime Kang the Conquer hand to hand. For a moment they matched each other with every blow, but Wanda was faster than him. The nexus entities was overpowering the mightiest conquer in the multiverse as Wanda Maximoff finally dealt a blow powerful enough to knock him off balance, and sent him crashing to the floor.

As Prime Kang the Conquer stood back up he screamed at her.

"You think that you can beat me?! I am Kang!!!" Replied Prime Kang the Conquer.

A massive blue shockwave came out of his body that sent Wanda crashing to the floor with force. The fight continued and Prime Kang the Conquer eventually got the upper hand due to his stamina. He punched Wanda with a right hook. Wanda Maximoff tried to punch him back but Prime Kang the Conquer dodged it. Prime Kang the Conquer then punched her in the chin. Wanda Maximoff then stumbled back and held her fist in a fighting stance trying to protect herself.

She threw another punch, but Prime Kang the Conquer deflected it and jabbed Wanda in the nose before punching her in the stomach. As she held her stomach, Prime Kang the Conquer took her head and kicked Wanda's face with his right knee. Wanda Maximoff was off balance with blood on her face.

"It's over. Look around you! You are losing! Everyone is losing. I will give you one more chance, give me your cosmic powers, willingly, and I will fix all of this. Or... I will take it from you, and then I will kill your children and everybody you love... The one's that are left anyway." Said Prime Kang the Conquer.

Wanda Maximoff 's body glowed bloody red once again with anger when she heard those words.

Wanda Maximoff then lifted Prime Kang the Conquer into the air while summoning red lightning above her. She knew to defeat Prime Kang the Conquer she had to play by his game. By his rules. In a instant, Wanda switched up her personality, faking the same personality she had when her mind was corrupted by the Darkhold and Chthon. Wanda Maximoff 's Scarlet Witch persona was coming to the surface.

"Who do you think you are! Talking to me in such a arrogant and condescending manner? You think that you are some kind of god? You're just a insect. You're nothing." Replied the Scarlet Witch.

"Wanda, you cannot seriously think that you can still win." Said Prime Kang the Conquer.

"Wanda Maximoff is on sabbatical dear. I'm something else entirely, and you don't know the half of what I'm capable of. I am destiny itself, the prophecy, the ruler of the nine realms! I am your fate! I am your nightmare... I am the thing you dreaded since the day you had a consciousness. I am the Scarlet Witch! And there is nobody who dares stand in my way." Replied the Scarlet Witch.

With a unbridled of cosmic energy, Wanda unleashed the full extent of her power, lifting herself above the surface of the earth. As she raised her arms, a fiery red aura engulfed the planet, a testament to the overwhelming strength that laid within her. With a wave of her hand she unleashed a powerful probability hex, turning the tied of the battle and ended the Incursion War that had threatened to tear the very fabric of reality apart.

Such was the power of a Nexus Being, one who could bend the very laws of change to their will. The world watched in awe as Wanda Maximoff 's incredible strength and skills filled the skies with a red glow, and made the sun itself pale in comparison.

"No more violence." Said Wanda.

Suddenly everyone stopped attacking. And they looked at each other in confusion.

"No more armor." Replied Wanda.

All of the doom bots armor got ripped from their bodies.

"No more weapons!" Said Wanda.

Suddenly all of the weapons vanished in thin air. Even the remaining tanks and aircrafts vanished.

"No more Kang the Conquer's!" Replied Wanda.

Suddenly every single Kang the Conquer in the multiverse was erased from existence.

"No more Incursion War!!!" Said Wanda.

The Incursion War then began to stop.

"No more!" Replied Wanda.

Wanda Maximoff then saw the Living Tribunal and Eternity observing her.

"This is the way Wanda." Said the Living Tribunal and Eternity.

"No more Multiversal War..." Replied Wanda.

Suddenly a explosion came from her body. And there was a bright flash of light and everything was covered with a pure white void.

The void of creation and destruction. Wanda Maximoff stood in the middle of the void while the multiverse was now being rewritten.

After casting the probability hex all around the world, Wanda's body could not take it anymore. Enough was enough, Wanda then fell back down to the earth, but White Vision caught her and layed her down to the ground. Wanda Maximoff quickly regained awareness and slowly stood up while her nose began to bleed.

"Wanda, are you okay?" Said White Vision.

"I... Don't think so. Where's Travis? Is he okay?" Replied Wanda.

"I don't know. I was out for quite a while. What happened?" Said White Vision.

"No time to explain." Replied Wanda as she just left White Vision standing there.

Wanda Maximoff then finally arrived to aid, and was able to heal me while draining her power's.

"Travis! No..." Said Wanda.

Wanda Maximoff then touched my hand to feel a pulse, she was devastated but relieved that I was alive. I slowly then opened my eyes and smiled whenever I saw Wanda, proud that she managed to do it, but I was unable to speak.

"No no no... What has Prime Kang the Conquer done to you? Travis... Please speak to me!" Replied Wanda.

Wanda Maximoff then took my hand in her's, but I groaned in pain.

"Sorry. What were you thinking? I would have never agreed to do this plan! If I knew that you were planning on dying for me." Said Wanda.

"That's what I do for the people that I love the most." I replied.

Wanda Maximoff then immediately kissed me long and passionately me with relief.

"I thought that I lost you forever." Said Wanda.

"I knew that you could do it... Just not in the way I intended, but... It did the job." I replied.
