(The dinner party.)

Chapter six:

It was Sunday afternoon and Jordan was about to arrive. I was very nervous. Let's just say he puts his foot in his mouth a lot. I remember one time we were in a bar and this girl that we knew came over to me and told me that he had said that I didn't like her. She asked me why that was. My drunken ass decided to list every reason. I'm just hoping he's on his best behavior and doesn't bring his not having a girlfriend drama with him. He pulled up out front and I ran over to hug him. We're not the tactile friends but it has been a while. Other people had arrived at the same time.

"Travis this is Mary Jane. MJ this is Travis and his best friend Jordan." Said Peter Parker.

"It's nice to meet you MJ. You know he doesn't stop talking about how smart you are. I'm excited to get to know." I replied.

"He talks about you a lot too. Thank you for standing up for him against the guys." Said Mary Jane. I just nodded at her before leaving them alone.

Monica seemed lonely. She told me the night in the hospital that she lost her mom and that she didn't have anyone else after she was brought back to life after the battle with the Thanos. So I made sure I got her talking to Jordan so he could chew her ears off about her relationship troubles. And I could go find Wanda. I started scamming the room for her but could only see Sam and Bucky talking to some guy in a suit. Peter and MJ was talking to two adults who could be Aunt May and Happy. There were some other people official looking people including a guy in a eye patch who I assumed was Nick Fury but there was no Wanda. I was disappointed I wanted to introduce her Jordan. I then starting walking back to MJ and Peter when I hear the strong voice behind me.

"You looking for someone?" Said Wanda.

"You actually. I wanted to introduce you to my friend Jordan. Pre warming he has no filter so if he says something stupid he cannot genuinely help it." I replied. Wanda just laughed and took my arm in hers and dragged me towards Jordan.

"You must be Jordan. Travis speaks so highly of you." Said Wanda.

"Nice to meet you too. The famous Scarlet Witch. Travis speaks so very highly of you too." Replied Jordan. I got a deep shade of crimson red.

"Excuse us for a second I just want to show Jordan my room. We will be back soon." I said. Monica and Wanda just nodded at in agreement. I then grabbed Jordan by the arm.

"What in the hell did you do that for? It made it sound like I was in love with her." I said.

"You are though." Replied Jordan.

"She doesn't need to know that. We were just getting the friendship thing down. Please don't say anything else. Promise me." I said.

"I promise." Replied Jordan. We promptly got back to Monica and Wanda. Peter was introducing them to MJ and the rest of his family.

"I think it's so sweet you speak highly of me." Said Wanda.

"Don't start. He thinks that if I don't insult a person then I must be so highly into them." I replied.

"Sure Jan- I believe is the correct term. You know he found himself really funny cause he scratches his nose when he's smiling." Said Jordan.

I just rolled my eyes and shook my head. After everyone met each other we all went to get ready for the party. There was no dinner tonight as they ordered a buffet for the party as well as a lot of pizza. Jordan is staying in my room so we both got ready at the same time.

"Jordan do I go with the blue button up shirt or the black one with black business shoes?" I said.

"I don't know you know I'm not a fashion dude but definitely the blue one and these black trouser pants. You look best in that." Replied Jordan.

I then take over and thank my lucky stars that his family took me in I couldn't have survived without him or his family.

I then head to the bar asking the waiter for a lemonade vodka and grabbed a slice of pepperoni pizza while I waited for my favorite auburn haired beauty to arrive. The party was getting busier every minute. I was even struggling to see Jordan at the bar.

"Is this seat taken?" Said Wanda.

"I was actually saving it for you." I replied before turning around and my jaw dropped she looked beautiful her hair is down and wavy with a deep blue dress and pink lipstick.

"I was hoping that we could try that getting to know each other thing." Said Wanda.

"Ok how do you want to do this? Drinking games?" I replied.

"That sounds good to me." Said Wanda.

"Let's drink." I replied.
