Ch. : 9. Beating up and killing Vulture, beating up and capturing Spider-Man

While riding in the automatic driven car, I thought about problems that will come to me in the future.

Because businesses that I will establish will hinder the profit of other big companies like roxxon, hammer, life foundation, aim, the hand, hydra, sinister six, ingen and abstergo industries, etc.

So, I have to establish my company headquarters in India because from my view no one cares about India and there are many resources that are yet to be unearthed.

While I was thinking, the car has already reached to Coney Island.

"Sir, we have reached to Coney Island." F.R.I.D.A.Y. said.

"Okay, drive the car to the beach area." I ordered.

"Okay, Sir." F.R.I.D.A.Y. replied.

After a while, the car reached to the beach area, and I got out of the car.

I saw that a plane was crashing on the beach, very far from the area where I was.

I took out the boxes and put them on the front part of the car.

I opened both boxes and took out a multi-pocket belt and tied it on my waist.

I put the magazines, Echo-Echo sonar plate bomb and sticky bomb in the multi-pocket belt.

After doing this, I took out kinetic sniper gun from rectangular box and fixed it on the roof of the car with help of magnetic stand, so there is no rebound shock from gun to harm my body and this shock will be transferred to the car.

I didn't care that this car was one of the favorite car of Tony or my illegitimate father.

I opened the digital scope of kinetic sniper gun and changed the settings and perimeters of the gun.

After doing this, I zoomed toward the battlefield.

After zooming, I saw that vulture was beating Spider-Man and Spider-Man was trying to explain to him about good and bad, his suit was broken in many places and his mask was torn meaning his face was exposed.

"Uncle, please don't do it, think about your family after they know that you are doing wrong work." Peter was explaining to vulture.

"Peter Parker, I had already warned you about it, but you didn't take my advice, so today you have to die, today no one can stop me from killing you." Vulture said while punching Spider-Man.

Spidey was constantly evading the vulture's punches, which was powered with exoskeleton armour unlike in the movie.

Spider-Man was evading his punches with his tired and already beaten down body, but he was not able to fully evade all of them and his head was dizzy from heavy punches.

While they are fighting, I was trying to search for the right time to shoot vulture.

After a few minutes of fight, vulture have already beaten the spider-man to ground and was about to plunge his metallic wings into spider-man's chest.

Suddenly a gun shot sounded, and the next second there was a big hole the size of a baby in the metallic wings of the vulture.

When vulture was confused what was happening, there was a sound of second shot and other metallic wing of vulture was scraped.

After the second shot, his senses came back, and he jumped behind the crater of the plane beside him and started thinking where the sniper was and who wanted to kill him.

When he was constantly running his brain, he didn't know that spider-man has already escaped.

Spider-Man saw that someone was firing bullets on the vulture, he quickly dragged his body behind the crater of the plane which was few dozen meters far from the crater where the vulture was hiding.

I saw that vulture has hid behind the crater, I want to fire few dozen shots but because of lack of time there were only six bullets were produced.

And I can't fire them blindly and give vulture the chance to attack back.

When I was thinking,

"Uncle, That sniper must have come to kill you, did you make enemies in your this shady business, oh sorry, how fool I am off to ask this stupid question because in this shady business of your there are definitely many enemies of yours, so how will you escape from that sniper who uses kinetic sniper gun, which was definitely many decade years ahead of technology." Spider-Man taunted the vulture in his spidey mouth gun mode.

"Shut up, Peter Parker, I will definitely kill y... what did you say kinetic sniper gun, explain to me quickly." Vulture was warning spidey, but suddenly the bulb of his mind lit up, and he asked back about information of the gun.

"Aren't you threatening me now, how can you change your face like changing diapers of baby after he pooped." Spider-Man asked back in a cute taunting voice like a child was scolded just now.

"Peter, this was not time for jokes. Tell me if not we both will die here." Vulture said seriously with the hint of irritation in his voice.

"Okay, okay, I will tell you, so now perk up your ears and listen carefully student what the great-great teacher spidey was teaching the bad vulture." Spider-Man was acting like a professional, but after seeing the expression on the face of the vulture, he started explaining,

"ughrm, ughrm (clearing throat sound) listen kinetic gun is a kinetic energy weapon or kew is a projectile weapon that uses the kinetic energy of the projectile to damage a target. KEW's are also known as kinetic weapons, kinetic warheads, kinetic projectiles, and kinetic destruction vehicles. KEW's travel at hypersonic speeds and convert part or all of their mass into energy on impact. Mostly these weapons are used by military, but they are not strong like this weapon of killer, his weapon is the most advanced kinetic weapon of the whole earth and most alien tech. And as for chance to escape, no chance, there is only one probability of chance to escape is his bullets if he only had few bullets than we can confuse him to exhaust his bullets." He explained all of it in one breath.

"I understand, that's a pity because you are spider-man, and I will kill you after escaping from here, if you are not spider-man then I can consider marrying my daughter to a genius like you, but this is not written in fate." Vulture said sighing.

"So what is the plan, Peter Parker." Vulture asked.

"Jump around before he can pull his trigger. Okay 1 2 3, jump!!!" Peter said and jumped towards other crater with help of his web shooters.

When vulture was about to jump, a bullet came and ripped off his left leg, and he fell down on the ground exposed to the killer sniper.

"Nooo uncle." Spider jumped towards the direction of the vulture without worrying about his life.

But before he can reach towards the place where the vulture was, another shot sounded and the chest of the vulture was pierced, ending his life there.

When Peter reached near the body of the vulture, the vulture was already dead.

He started crying there while kneeling besides the body of the vulture, muttering and blaming himself.

After seeing the pierced and bloody body through the scope, I retched there for a while and washed my mouth with water from a water bottle.

After rinsing my mouth, I saw from the scope that Spider-Man was running towards me like a cheetah.

Because our distance is approximately 5 kilometers, so he will take about 5 to 7 minutes.

I fixed the Echo-Echo projectiles around me and I took out sticky grenades from belt and stood on place where I will not be affected by sonic from Echo-Echo bomb.

I was wearing noise-cancelling headphones on my head, because of sound after firing a bullet from kinetic sniper gun and in case I have to use Echo-Echo bombs.

When I was waiting there holding sticky bomb and detonator in my hand waiting for angry spider, who will appear any time soon.

I saw Peter Parker speeding towards me with his full strength in anger.

When I saw that he was in range of Echo-Echo bomb and clicked the button on the detonator and threw it aside.

I saw that spider was kneeling there, holding the head with his own hands and screaming in pain.

I quickly threw a sticky grenade on the legs of Peter Parker.

When Spider saw me throwing grenade like thing towards him, he tried to evade, but his body was paralyzed, and he can only see grenade coming towards him helplessly, he closed his eyes in despair recalling his memories with his Aunt May, Ned, Liszt, Mr. Stark, and MJ named girl who always spies on him and fight with avengers on airport and him stealing shield of Captain America and entangling the big Ant-Man to push him on ground.

But after recalling all previous memories from his past in despair, he saw that his lower body was tightly entangled and sonic attack is stopped which is paralyzing his nerves.

"Huh, am I dead, why my lower body is entangled in this solid sticky rocky thing." Spider-Man started his mouth gun after waking from pain.

"Yes, I remember someone throwing a grenade on me, and he is the killer who killed Liszt's father with kinetic gun,"

When he was muttering and watching me with his dazed eyes because of sonic paralysis, I removed my mask and took out a tablet from the front passenger seat of the car and started walking toward him,

"No, no, you are that boy who was fighting with Mr. Stark on the roof that day but why did you kill Vulture, you know he has family, why! Why did you!!!" Peter started being enraged while yelling at me, and tears started pouring out of his eyes.

"Why, why did you kill him, when we can send him to jail, why!!!" After trying to break the rock solid sticky substance from his lower body to no avail, his voice started to lower while blaming to me.

I clicked on tablet and opened the file and showed it towards Peter Parker, and said in calm voice,

"Because of this."

When Peter Parker saw the things shown on the screen of the tablet, his pupils shrank in disbelief.
