I wake up and find that I am lying on a bed of straw, I am without my armor, I am wearing a simple leather outfit, and I feel very tired and I see that my wounds have healed.
"Where am I?" I ask.
"You are in a small house, which was abandoned"
Who answers my question, it was a tall muscular man with black hair and beard, he is wearing a green toga leaving his chest showing, I soon recognized him.
"Hercules!" I speak.
"It's been a long time, brother" Hercules says with a smile.
"How long have I slept?" I ask, as I get out of bed.
"Only two days" Hercules replies.

Hercules started to leave the house, I follow him, leaving the house, I see that we are surrounded by trees and with a dirt road, it seems that we are quite far from a city.
"Where is the axe of Kyknos?"
The owner of the weapon, may be dead, but the weapon has its value, if it falls into the wrong hands, I can already imagine the Chaos that would be, specifically if an organization in the future, like the hydra or I.M.A gets their hands on that weapon, adamantine can last for millions of years.

"Did you feel it too?" I ask him.
"Yes, it is time, brother, to leave us mortals" Hercules answers.

Olympic Hall, Olympus.
A few hours later.
1280 B.C.
"SILENCE!"
Shouts the ruler of Olympus, ending the argument generated by the gods, as he sat on his throne.
"It is already decided, our era is over, now we will let mortals evolve without our interference" says Zeus.
Unlike other times, where only half of the Olympian council will come, now the twelve Olympians are gathered, with other gods and demigods.
"Zeus is right, almost all pantheons of gods have already left the earth" said Hera in all her glory.
"And Also, the faith we mortals in diminishes, in a few centuries, we will be nothing more than legends and myths" spoke Poseidon.

I start walking, and stop in front of the twelve Olympians, I can feel the pure raw divine power emanating from them, especially Poseidon and Zeus.
"What do you want my son?" asked Zeus in doubt.
"I want your permission, to remain on the Mortal plane" I reply.
"Why do you want to remain in the mortal realm?" Says Zeus, while staring at me.
"I want to learn more about the cosmos and magic, and find my own way." I say to Zeus.
He is silent for a while, Zeus seems to think a lot until he answers.
"Very well! More should you know that you will have no support from Olympus and no god."
I bow in thanks.
"Thank you father"

Royal quarters, Olympus.
Twenty minutes later.
1280 BC
"You know, that you couldn't change his fate, even with your powers" commented my wife, always by my side.
I sigh, she is right, I was a fool to think I could change his fate, yes a big fool.
"I was a fool, Hera, not even my father in his prime had the power to change fate"
When I held Elysium in my lap, for an instant, I could see his future, before someone stopped me from seeing it all completely, and what I saw, was war.
An unprecedented war, that made the titanomachy look like a child next to this one, a war that would set the whole universe on fire, and in the middle of it was Elysium facing a creature that I once thought ions were banished from this universe, a being that even we gods are afraid of
"The only thing we can have, is hope" says my wife.
Yes, hope, that my son would become strong, strong enough to fight such a creature, that's why I let him stay on earth.
"Should we worry about Ares?" Hera asked.
"No, Ares will surely have his revenge against my son, but knowing the fate, of him he would not fall to the god of war." I said.
"What about the other Skyfathers?"
"As always, strengthening their kingdoms, for the future war."
When I saw the future of Elysium, I warned the other Skyfathers, who began to gather and strengthen their armies, minus Asgard, since Odin himself said he could sense Ragnarok coming, so it would be a useless act.

"It has been a long time since you have met with the Skyfathers" says Hera.
"Yes, but now it is time for the council of deities to meet again" I speak, as I walk closer to the portal.
"See you later, my love" Hera says, bidding me farewell, then I walk through the portal.

In a large landscape, covered with bloody stones and sand, there is a large crater, and inside it, there was a humanoid being, wearing only an old and torn hood, bound by hundreds of chains, and all we can see of his face and his blood red eyes.
The being, even in this state, emanated an Aura so dark and gloomy that it made even a Lord of Hell like Mephisto look like a child next to him.
And even in this state, he is smiling, he knows that his plan is going as he expects, and when he will have his ascension, he would make the universe bathe in blood.
