RYAN POV
"Now that you know about the 7 limiters, you should understand that the transformation you underwent was due to you overcoming the first one." Asked Baghraj.
Understanding what he explained, I asked him the most important question.
"Got it. So how do I break the other limiters?"
Baghraj took a moment to organise his thoughts before he spoke
"To break the limiters you need to fulfil just two conditions -
First is sufficient suitable energy to complete the elevation of your existence and the second is triggering the process."
'That's surprisingly simple. Hmm, how about-'
"How much energy do I need?"
I asked as I stopped my train of thought.
"The specific requirements differ depending on various conditions but they can be largely separated depending on the aspect one uses to elevate their level of existence.
In order of four facets of a person's existence, belonging to four categories based on their source:
First is Soul - Belonging to the Etherial category, it has the least energy requirement but the highest difficulty in evolving using an external stimulus.
Second is Mind - Belonging to Part Material/part ethereal - Second highest in difficulty to evolve and second lowest in energy requirement.
The other two aspects of Body and energy cannot be distinguished as depending on the direction of evolution and the nature of energy used, their difficulty and energy requirements may vary.
And even in most cases, Body and energy evolutions cannot be independent of each other."
Baghraj said as he explained the general spectrum of difficulty and energy required to me.
'Judging by the criteria he said I feel I should have elevated more than one aspect. Might as well ask him.'
Voicing my thoughts I asked
"What about me? Which aspect did I evolve?"
Giving me a queer look Baghraj said after a snort of derision
"You? Instead of worrying about that you should go and thank your parents instead. You are very lucky to be alive right now, boy."
"Why!?" ∑(; °Д°)(Ryan)
"Why do you think that most of the 'Ancient Sadhus(Monks)' focused on achieving enlightenment and transcendence of spirit through meditation?"
Instead of answering me, Baghraj asked.
"Because they wanted to evolve their souls?"
I said the obvious.
"Yes, that's obvious, but I asked why did the focus on the soul?" Baghraj questioned further.
"I don't know?" I said, causing Baghraj to look at me like I was an Imbecile(?).
"Because the soul requires the least amount of energy to evolve, and for a normal mortal body the most common source of energy is food," Baghraj answered.
'Damn! Can't believe I didn't realise that!'
"Why didn't they eat a lot and use that energy?" (o_O) ?(Ryan)
"Even if they ate till their stomachs burst they wouldn't just trigger the evolution just by eating, and how will they even store the energy they get from food? Since they knew the requirements to evolve the body they knew that it was not possible to achieve the proper required nutrition to evolve the body through their digestive intake, they focused on the soul."
Baghraj said as he showed me the extended second nail of his claw and continued explaining.
"Now imagine the situation in your case where the evolution of all four aspects took place almost simultaneously how much energy and nutrition you required," said Baghraj.
"What do you mean? You said my spirit transformed my chi first, earlier."
I asked and while I did guess I evolved multiple aspects I did not expect it to be all of them.
Seemingly understanding my confusion before I voiced it out Baghraj explained.
"Well your evolution may have started from the ethereal aspect but the chain reaction caused all four facets to go into evolution almost simultaneously.
While you might have had enough energy for one aspect with your chi, but the other three aspects that's a death sentence.
Your body might as well have killed itself trying to evolve if not for that contraption your parents put you in."
"You said my evolution started from soul/spirit, just like those who practised meditation, so how do I accomplish it in again?"
I asked.
"The method of such practice is simple to say but hard to accomplish, it is simply calming down one's thoughts to such an extent that the noise in their mind reduces." (Baghraj)
'I understood each word but together they didn't make sense to me!'
"What does that mean?" (?_?)(Ryan)
"Well, scientifically put, they manually shut down all the unneeded neural synapses in their brain, which gives their conscious thoughts a much greater processing power and using that extra capacity, they utilise the link between the mind and spirit to send the excess energy from their mind to the soul.
And as they engage in this practice, their sway over the Etherial increases so that when the conditions are sufficient, they simply overcome the shackles that bind the spirit."
Baghraj explained in Human words.
"What is the difference between them and me?" I asked.
"The difference is that they know what they are doing, while you did it unconsciously. Those who evolve the spirit mostly do so by either practice of meditation, some specific techniques of sorcery or by sheer talent and knowledge, but in your case, you broke the shackles solely by your desire at that moment.
Your soul had the potential, further nourished by some of your chi which you might have unconsciously sent that way made it have sufficient conditions to evolve.
And then your will to push through gave it the final nudge to break the shackle which started the chain reaction in your body.
And here you are." Baghraj said.
'The second condition was the trigger, right!'
"How does one trigger the process of breaking the shackles?" I asked Baghraj.
"There is no defined method, it can be because of a catalyst, luck, energy overload, enlightenment or maybe just by reaching extreme control over an aspect. It could be anything that might trigger it in the case of sufficient energy." (Baghraj)
"I see, so there is no sure shot process." (Ryan)
"I did say that extreme control over an aspect can also do it." Baghraj asserted.
'So if each breaking of shackles elevates existence what about those who are already strong?'
As that question came to mind I asked Baghraj about it.
"What about races like the Asgardians, do they also have 7 shackles?"
"Yes," Baghraj said without hesitation.
"They why are they much stronger than humans," I questioned.
"Because the universe is vast and not everyone is born at the same starting line, and while they have not broken down the shackles it does not mean their shackles have to be locked.
Not just them, there are those among humans that have a higher starting line too. Instead of them, you should focus on yourself.
Try to utilize your power better, with more control and minimum effort. So much so that it becomes an instinct that you no longer need to consciously guide." Baghraj said as he brought back the topic to me.
"I will, teacher." I respectfully answered.
"Good, now sit down and focus on your energy and guide it to flow through every part of your body as it enhances your body's performance with no overflow, once you can do that with perfect control try to control small amounts of your energy and consciously guide them to enhance your thoughts and mind.
If you can successfully complete it to the maximum threshold without wastage instinctively you will be closer to extreme mastery of your energy." Baghraj said as he explained to me the methods to practice the mastery over energy aspect.
As I sat down on the snow for meditation I asked a question that came to my mind.
"Is it possible to enhance my power to higher levels without elevating my existence?"
"Theoretically, yes," answered Baghraj.
"How?" I asked surprised at his positive answer.
"I don't know. It is theoretically possible but you will have to find a suitable method yourself," said Baghraj as he motioned me to get to work.
"Got it."
I sat down in meditation to feel my powers and control them, when I opened my eyes a few hours had passed. Looking around I found no traces of Baghraj, getting up I went to the helicopter for some food and when he opened it I found a letter, just behind the door.
Picking it up, I read the words on the envelope.
