Chapter 5: Learning and Eel

Aroth continued to fly around for some time, while he was enjoying himself he heard some news from a television on a house, curious he decided to pay attention.

[The portal that appeared on New York yesterday has caused chaos all over the world, the energy that seeped out and assimilated itself into the earth caused many mutations all over the planet, the various governments are still trying to contain the chaos...]

The news continued to describe what is happening all over the world especially on America, they named the energy Essence, Aroth pondered for some time and decided to first acquire knowledge and improve himself.

"It's time i make full use of my gifts." He smirked and with a simple look around he turned toward a location and flew there at his max speed, completely disappearing from where he was.

The people that were monitoring his whereabouts were surprised that their surveillance methods couldn't keep up with his speed thus losing him.

A woman was walking on the hallway with a folder on her arms, she came infront of a door and knocked.

*Tok tok*

"You may enter." An authoritative voice came from inside, and the woman took a deep breath and opened the door.

"Director, we lost him." Maria Hill, walked inside Fury's office and informed him.

"Find him, we need to know his location at all times!" He ordered and Maria nodded.

"How is the arrangement for the living conditions of Aroth Prime?" He remembered the request of the bastard alien that took his burrito.

Maria opened the folder and gave it to Nick Fury who read through it in some minutes: "Hm, good. Don't plant bugs inside his house, who knows if he got means to detect them, we need to gain his trust." He reminded Maria since he clearly understood that the alien didn't show all of his abilities, and that strange blue energy construct he made is still a mystery.

"Roger Sir." The disciplined woman said. Fury looked at the window and said: "Where you able to analyze the little train created by Aroth for the child?" He wanted to see if they could discover something.

Maria organized her thoughts and said: "We couldn't do much, since the train was always with the child we could only try to analyze the particles and discovered that the energy Aroth uses it more pure and dense than the Essence all over the planet." She said.

"Give me the full report. And after this tell Coulson to visit Tony Stark." Fury ordered and Maria begun..

*Swish*

Aroth flew towards the library and entered inside, the hall was quiet and on the reception there was an old lady reading a book, he didn't make his presence known and directed himself towards the shelves.

He didn't care about what tipe of book there was and with a wave of his hand many books floated outside the shelves and opened, with his perception and wanting to train his multitasking he read every single page in microseconds.

If someone were to walk nearby they would see a black man who was floating with his eyes closed and multiple books were flipping their pages extremely quickly, when they reached the end they would close and go back to their place, and other books took their place.

After some hours of speed reading all the books on the library Aroth was staying still with his eyes closed, why did it take hours? Well the library was pretty big, and he spent the majority of his time on the computer learning things and watching videos, he even practiced with his programming skills.

With his intelligence and speed, hacking the US database was easy as fuck, he managed to find the indentity Shield made for him with his house address, he opened a bank account too and with a visit at some accounts of some criminals and rich people he gained a good sum of money.

He encrypted the account too so no one will know the where, when and who's about the money that he will use, he bought some important machinery, books and materials that will be delivered to a hidden house that he purchased, since he doesn't trust Shield and Hydra. He made sure to use different companies for the deliveries and different times and places, it's better to be cautious.

He intends to create a portal gun like Rick Sanchez so he will resolve his problem of resources and Multiverse travel, but that's for another time.

Aroth was currently assimilating the knowledge of every useful book, breaking it down and rebuilding the information back up while creating new inventions and theories.

His knowledge was now on a really high level of various branches and topics.

He decided to give the Stark Tower a visit and study the Arch Reactor.

He immediately flew out and in the serene night he flew towards a high-rise building complex located in Manhattan, New York City.

When he reached his destination he scanned the surrounding with his Force powered vision and saw Tony Stark installing the last piece of the Arc Reactor in the undersea wiring near New York City, thanks to his armor the task was pretty easy.

Aroth decided to observe from afar, after some minutes Stark flew towards the tower while he contacted Pepper Potts so Aroth decided to listen to the conversation, with a thought he could hear their voices.

Tony: "Good to go on this end, the rest is up to you."

Pepper: "You disconnected the transmission lines, are we off the grid?"

Tony: "Stark tower is about to become a beacon of self-sustaining clean energy."

Pepper: "Well, assuming the arc reactor takes over and it actually works."

Tony: "I assumed, Well later up."

Aroth coated his body with the Aerolith force and followed Tony closely without being detected.

Tony flew on the New York skyes and came to the top of the Stark Tower. He landed on the podium and begun walking with the mechanical arm removing his armor piece for piece.

Aroth took the opportunity and with the x-ray vision he memorized the whole armor and the mini reactor down to the atom, and with the knowledge he aquired at the library he understood perfectly everything, he broke down the information and improved everything, with his intelligence he already has the blueprints for a nanotech armor like the one Tony used in his last battle against Thanos.

Aroth scanned the entire building and even the big Arch Reactor memorizing all the inventions, who knows it might come of use.

Since he completed his objective he lost interest in Stark and flew away, letting the plot of Avengers continue since it's not his problem for now.

Aroth was currently flying over the ocean, the water being rippled and divided in two while he flyed close to the water, he enjoyed looking at the sea since it brings him a serene feeling.

'Since the Earth is evolving the sea creatures will benefit the most, since the humans didn't explore much of it..' he thought while observing the fishes and noting that many of them became bigger showing mutations.

A red fish was swimming extremely fast and another green one was big as a car.

"Hm?" Aroth turned his head after sensing a being heading his way extremely fastly, too much fast for a normal point of view.

*Splash!* A gigantic electric eel came out of the water, just by simply showing his head the sea parted ways and a massive tsunami came to be, the eel body was massive and his muscles extremely compact and emanating thunderous electricity. It's appearance similar to the Sea King on One Piece that bit off the hand of Shanks.

Aroth looked at it and decided to use this eel as a training dummy to become stronger, so he disabled his Aerolith Force and used just raw strength and technique, since after scanning the Eel he noticed that the sea Beast had a muscle mass slightly stronger that him, including the Essence boost that the beast subconsciously used obviously. And Aroth didn't want to win too easily, it wouldn't be fun.

Aroth smirked already immagining his next fight and he hopes that it will be bloodly like the invincible ones, he is not worried about his blood ending on the wrong hands since with the blessings of the Aerolith Force, no one can copy or replicate his genes, and even better the blood after a while gets evaporated and turn into energy, and with this pollution the energy will deteriorate and become exactly like the Essence all over the earth.

The electric eel looked at Aroth with an intelligent gase showing his increased intelligence.

"Eel! Let's see if you're a worthy opponent!" The words of Aroth were perfectly understood by the Eel since the Aeroliths vocal cords can vibrate with a special frequency producing a special sound that allows any intelligent being to understand them, but thanks to this function they are able to speak an encrypted launguage only understandable by other Aeroliths.

The Eel seemed to smile and with a powerful roar it accepted the challenge.

*Grraaaaaarhhhh*

The powerful sound wawe clashed into Aroth causing him to be flung away. His loud laughter showing his excitement.
