Wang Xue took a piece of paper and passed it on to the female attendant "Do you have this kind of artifact?"

Taking the piece of paper from Wang Xue the female attendant nodded her head then said "We do have one, but dear customer cannot buy it here directly."

The female attendant saw Wang Xue nodding his head so she continued, "Our Thousand Gold Pavilion holds small scale auction every week, and every month we hold a large scale auction. Myriad of rare items, spirit herbs, and different kind of manual can be found in the auction and two days from now the monthly large scale auction will be held in the Thousand Gold Pavilion."

Wang Xue nodded his head, 'A monthly auction, huh. Spirit herbs at least at the level of a 100-years-old Jade Lotus should be present in that place, spirit herbs are much better than ordinary spirit pills.' He thought.

Wang Xue had been thinking of spirit formations after he formed one when he entered closed door cultivation. Thinking how much it will help him while his strength is still weak Wang Xue decided to learn spirit formations that's higher than a low-tier 2 spirit formation.

Spirit formations have levels just like cultivation of spirit energy, however unlike cultivation spirit formation have tiers that goes from low, mid, and high. However even though the levels of spirit formations were very simple to understand advancing a tier was even harder than advancing a realm in cultivation.

A low-tier 1 spirit formation were equivalent to a level 3 spirit realm cultivator, mid-tier 1 were equivalent to level 6 and a high-tier 1 were equivalent to a peak spirit realm cultivator. Currently Wang Xue only knew low-tier 2 spirit formations and the formation that he knows doesn't even amount to combat as it didn't have any kind of attack power.

Nodding his head Wang Xue decided to attend the auction so he said to the female attendant, "Where will the auction be held?"

The female attendants eyes lit up when he heard Wang Xue was attending, a young man selling High Human category spirit weapons must be loaded with spirit pills that means if this young man attends the

Thousand Gold Pavilion will also earn, and with the way the Thousand Gold Pavilion operates the female attendant will gain something out of it.

"The auction will be held the Golden Auction Hall of our Thousand Gold Pavilion, in the day of the auction 500 seats will be open for everyone and there will be VIP rooms, will dear customer be interested on renting a room? The VIP room will let dear customer to get a better view point of the whole auction, a VIP room only cost 2,000 spirit pills." She offered.

Wang Xue shook his head declining her offer, "I don't need a VIP seat, a regular one will do. Do I need any kind of pass to enter?"

"No, as long as there're seats dear customer may enter after paying 10 spirit pills as entrance fee." She said.

With 37,000 newly earned spirit pills with him Wang Xue left the Thousand Gold Pavilion to find a place to stay until the auction starts. Walking out of the Thousand Gold Pavilion Wang Xue went to find himself an inn.

Wang Xue didn't have to waste that much time in trying to find an inn like before, with the Gale City having a plethora of different kinds of business Wang Xue had many available choices. Wang Xue entered a normal looking inn.

From the outside it was simple and ordinary, even the side was like this only having wooden table and chairs on the first floor of the inn. Wang Xue paid the owner of the inn and went to his room to take a bath after so long.

Wang Xue washed his body clean taking out the dust and dirt covering his body, getting out of the bath Wang Xue took out a set of white clothes that he bought in the market place earlier, "I should start cultivating."

Sitting on top of his bed in a cross-legged position Wang Xue closed his eyes and started cultivating, sitting inside his Golden Pagoda Wang Xue started directing his spirit energy all throughout his body. After ten hours of continuous repetition Wang Xue exhaled.

"Huu, the spirit energy needed to cultivate the Golden Pagoda Skill is truly too much, sitting here for ten hours and I was only able to slightly increase the amount of spirit energy in my dantian." Although he said that, Wang Xue's pace of practice was already fast enough.

With that said Wang Xue closed his eyes again and started cultivating the Golden Pagoda Skill. Wang Xue's goal was to reach Spirit Manifestation as fast as possible in order to use Fenrir but with his current level of strength Wang Xue still have a long way to go.

Another ten hours passed and Wang Xue was still cultivating, with his eyes tightly shut Wang Xue was able to clearly able to enter a deep meditation state.

Time flows wait for no one and before Wang Xue even realized it the time for the auction had already arrive, the sunlight entered his room through the window and shone brightly on his face, opening his eyes Wang Xue showed a melancholic look over his countenance.

Standing up from bed Wang Xue stretch his body to release the pent up energy in his muscles, after stretching he took out the bamboo hat he had been wearing a few days ago and went out of his room and went down to the first floor in order to get feed and eat before heading out.

Wang Xue took rice gruel and then started eating them, as he ate the rice gruel Wang Xue heard the discussion of two men that was sitting near him, "Demon Bear was killed? And Guo and the other are claiming Wang Xue did it?"

"Yes they are, with Guo the man who used to be Demon Bears right hand man had been trying to find Wang Xue here in the city, he had been seen randomly attacking people in the street if they have any sort of resemblance in physic with Wang Xue."

"Damn, that Guo is as insane as Demon Bear. Is he not afraid of offending people if he keeps doing that? Well bandits will always be bandits I guess."

Wang Xue's ears twitch as he listened in on the story about Guo, 'So the people from Demon Bears old gang had still not been dissolve?' Wang Xue thought as he continued eating the rice gruel, 'Best of luck in trying to find me I supposed, if he can find me I'll give him the reward of meeting with Demon Bear.'

Wang Xue stood from the table leaving the plates there to be cleaned out, going of the inn Wang Xue went to the straight to the Thousand Gold Pavilion. The auction was about to start in an hour and with the thought of having no seat Wang Xue hurried to the auction house.

The amount of people heading for the Thousand Gold Pavilion were a lot, then as he went on his way towards the Thousand Gold Pavilion Wang Xue accidentally bumped with a young man wearing luxurious clothing.

Wang Xue didn't mind the fact that he bumped shoulders with someone else as it didn't even inflict any kind of damage or inconvenience, that is until he passed by them and a hand grabbed him by the shoulder, "Where do you think you're going? You have go…"

A middle-aged man around 30 years old grabbed Wang Xue by his shoulders and started blabbering, his words were about to start insulting Wang Xue when his voice suddenly stopped as a sudden murderous aura enveloped his whole body.

He unknowingly took his hands off Wang Xue then took a step back away from him, giving his two companions a surprise, 'What just happened?'

Wang Xue looked up and saw the sweat that had appeared on the man's forehead, Wang Xue only released a small amount of his murderous aura when the hand of the middle-aged man touch him by the shoulder and actually tried to pull his body back.

Thankfully Wang Xue was able to pull it back inside his body almost as quickly as it showed it only startled middle-aged man. The middle-aged man was only a level 3 Jade Palace realm cultivator, if this happen outside the city Wang Xue wouldn't even try to suppress his murderous intent and immediately took this guy's head without any question.

'You dare try something from behind me?' this is the words that he would most likely would've said. Thankfully for the middle aged man this happened in the Gale city where many people actually wanted Wang Xue's head.

Wang Xue wanted to finish this argument now, he just wanted to go to the auction hall and get the hell out of this city.

"I apologize for my men's irrational behavior please let this slide." The voice of a young man broke the silence, the man who actually step forth to apologize first was the young master who he had supposedly bump against.

"Its fine, it seems that I also made a mistake. Please excuse me as I have to go now." Wang Xue left that place for the auction hall.

"That young man is not ordinary, actually forcing my guard to take a step back with just a single glance." The young master laughed, without knowing how wrong he was, looking at his guard he said "You better not make the same mistake twice, actually almost losing your life for a simple bump in the shoulders."

"Yes young master Dongfang." The middle aged man said to the young master of the Dongfang family.
