Otsutsuki Bloodline
The Otsutsukis were a part of the human race with a unique bloodline which gave them many special powers. They were especially known for their ocular powers throughout universes but that was the exact reason for their extinction.
The monster race which ruled the outer verse during the time the Otsutsukis thrived feared their rise to power after suffering years of enslavement under the rule of the divine spirits which made them overly cautious of their ocular abilities and eventually motivated to wipe the otsutsukis out.
1. OCULAR POWERS -
Though there were many of them but the most notable was the sharingan which eventually evolved to the rinnegan.
SHARINGAN -
1) ONE TOMOE - Qi Transformation Stage
- 30% chance of putting someone under the same realm into an illusion
- 2X your maximum possible visual acuity without activation
- Enhanced perception of Qi and its properties
- Superior vision
- Able to see through illusions and Spirit Arrays to some extent
2) TWO TOMOE - Separation and Reunion
- 60% chance of putting someone under the same realm into an illusion
- 2.5X your maximum possible visual acuity without activation
- All other abilities available before will be enhanced
3) THREE TOMOE - True Element
- 100% chance of putting someone under the same realm into an illusion provided no external sources used by the target
- 3.5X your maximum possible visual acuity without activation
- All other abilities available before will be enhanced
4) MANGEKYO SHARINGAN - Formation of Knowledge Sea and Divine Sense
- 100% chance of putting someone up to two minor realms higher into an illusion( provided no external sources used by the target)
- Protects Knowledge Sea from being infiltrated and damages whatever that comes inside it
(Anyone up to two minor realms cannot enter and cannot leave if allowed to enter)
- Illusion and hypnosis applies to both soul and body(uses both qi and spiritual energy for that)
- 5X your maximum possible visual acuity without activation
-See through Illusions, Spirit Arrays(natural and artificial), some secret techniques.
- Read, write and remove memories provided target is same realm or below.
(This is not an exclusive thing as Yang Kai had also tampered with the memories of Xue Yue but the advantage is that its faster and can work on several targets at the same time)

1. Left Eye - Eye of Void
- Allows the user to see through the flow of space force, structure of the void and its abnormalities(Depth of Information depends on the user's comprehension of the Dao of Space)
- Manipulate Space force( depends upon the user's comprehension of the Dao of Space)
-Possible evolution upon reaching Dao Source realm may allow the user to see through and have increased control over Space Principles where the chances of evolution also depends on whether user have acquired sufficient understanding of the Dao of Space
2. Right Eye - Kanzen Saimin
- Also known as Perfect/Complete Hypnosis allows its users at any given time to control all the senses of the target to the point where it can make the target misinterpret another person's form, shape, mass, feel and smell to be an enemy's.
- It controls even the special senses if the target has any.
Eg - A time principle cultivators unique sense of flow of time/time force can be manipulated as well or even a divine spirits' sense of divine spirit source strength like dragons sense of dragon pressure/dragon source strength.
- After seeing it just once, this person will completely succumb to the power of Kanzen Saimin. Afterwards, every time it is used, this person will fall under the thrall of the hypnosis.
- 100% chance of effecting the target in the same realm and a great chance of working on a target up to 1 minor realm higher than the user and not applicable for higher cultivation than that.
-It's effect can be reversed by the user's will, target surpassing user in strength, someone of much higher realm at least a major realm higher interfere with target's soul.
- The complete hypnosis is absolutely flawless, as even if the target is aware of being under the hypnosis, they cannot resist its influence.
Note - There is no Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan here and Mangekyou won't make user blind
- two minor realms mentioned in Mangekyou description talks about the realms which has 3 realms in total for example - transcendent, saint and so on. Here two minor realm means 6 stages of the 9 step realms which appear before Transcendent realm
-Susanoo isn't a huge power boost but a good increase in power, great increase in defence and amazing for larger attacks
