Sky Battle: Big Bird and Dawei Barrage

"You little punk. You think a few body tricks and a level 5 artifact would phase me?"

Huang Dawei ignored the old pervert. He had his own plan of how he wanted the trash talk to go. "Old man, you rape beauties and pluck yin. Yet you can't force your own qi to act right. How sad."

Huang Dawei rushed him. And Di Ma wondered if Huang Dawei could see through him. As Huang Dawei appeared on Big Bird's back, Big Bird swiped its wing and the power knocked Di Ma backward. Huang Dawei then jumped from Big Bird's head and attack.

When positioned, Di Ma's eyes widened, the form of Huang Dawei's spear technique spoke volumes and the way he maneuvered in the sky without the ability to fly was nerve-wracking.

Huang Dawei pierced forth and his spear moved with multiple fast thrusts as Di Ma dodged and slipped Da Wei's pursuit. But Huang Dawei's eyes were good as he forced his spear to change direction, spun it around his back and it intercepted Di Ma's path as the pole of the spear smacked him right in the chest.

Di Ma tumbled back only a step and Dawei tossed an array flag out to stand on.

"You need better control of your qi," said Huang Dawei.

Di Ma growled. He then activated his own technique as red qi bleeds from his right hand and blue qi from his left.

"It seems you're ready now. Big Bird, I think he's ready!'

Di Ma stuck and Huang Dawei dodged the attack by falling from his array flag.

"I can dodge too " Huang Dawei laughed, taunting the old pervert. Di Ma then gave chase. Palm after palm, Huang Dawei dodged by dropping array flags and leaping from one after the other.

When he was finally finished, Huang Dawei stood on the 100th flag as he side step and used Di Ma's own power to counter. He moved the flow of the momentum and Di Ma spun away, performing cartwheels in the air. Huang Dawei finished in a martial pose that reflected a crane on one leg and wings spread.

When Di Ma stabilized his robes were shredded and his power dispersed.

"What the hell is this kid?" he growled to himself.

Huang Dawei then clasped his hands together and his voice boomed, "Nine-floor sky pagoda formation!"

His soul power flowed like a great wave and the grand formation locked Di Ma, Big Bird, and Huand Dawei inside. The Wuzongs then gasped as Hang Dawei revealed himself as a level 4 Array Master and he walked on air as Qi condensation martial artist.

Di Ma also winced as Hunag Dawei bridge the gap of not having a flight ability.

Huang Dawei then took a mountain-splitting stance with his spear in hand. Its great flexibility and rigidity at a weight of 100 jin that Di Ma had felt firsthand.

Di Ma then reactivated his Yin Yang grasping Palm. But this he was prudent. He understood that he was facing a strategist and tactician.

"Please guide me well," said Huang Dawei.

The two went blow for blow. Huang Dawei's spear was fast and flexible. And he did his best to see through Di Ma and counter properly. But Di Ma's qi was just stronger than his. That power was like an endless mountain.

When Di Ma stepped forth and redirected Dawei's spear he pushed out his Yin palm. Huang Dawei slipped it by a hair but he could feel the bone penetrating cold on his chest. To create space, Dawei sent a low kick to Di Ma's shin. When the martial intent hit the body, Di Ma collapsed as his leg crackled.

"Big Bird! Now!" Huang Dawei shouted.

The Golden Peng burst through nine levels, blowing Di Ma into the sky. Huang Dawei was controlling the pagoda formation to follow, watching as Big Bird let Di Ma free fall before attacking Di Ma.

The way Big Bird moved with great speed and sheer will made it appear as if nine Golden Pengs had attacked Di Ma all at once. And the battered man fell. Huang Dawei was there drenched in spear intent, waiting for him.

Huang Dawei slashed upward and the blade slice into Di Ma's back while stopping his descent. Huang Dawei then stepped onto the first floor and he took a stance that Xiao Ya was all too familiar with.

"Vermillion Sky Tracing Tactic…"

From the first floor to the ceiling of the Pagoda Formation. Dawei had locked Di Ma into a horrifying chain of attacks lead by movements that were strange and unpredictable. It looked as if Huang Dawei was randomly swinging and thrusting his spear on a whim.

The world saw a Vermillion Bird burst through the pagoda and the tip of Dawei's spear as its beak.

"Big Bird!" he shouted.

Big Bird cawed and went into a nose dive. Like an arc of lighting, Big Bird struck.

Di Ma gathered himself and a mix of yin and yang qi exploded outward as the attacks reach him. Saving him by a hair.

While Big Bird and Huang Dawei went flying, a haggard Di Ma appeared from the smoke. He was seething with pure rage. He watched Big Bird control itself and regroup. But Huang Dawei, even with body enhancement felt the force of an early-stage Wuzong.

Di Ma smiled and blipped from his spot, appearing before Huang Dawei.

Huang Dawei's eyes widened as a palm hit his chest. Di Ma caught up again and deliver a flurry of ten more yin-yang palms just to torture the cocky little bastard.

Di Ma finally pulled back and was ready to kill Huang Dawei with the final blow when the Tier 4 true talisman appeared and burst apart.

Di Ma's palm hit and Huang Dawei appeared five miles away spitting blood with a pale face.

'No...he has to die. Now' Huang Dawei clenched his teeth and his soul power twisted as 100 array flags were found and arranged around him. He then launched at Di Ma who was intercepted and now tussling with Big Bird.

Another True Talisman appeared in Huang Dawei's hand it burst.

Huang Dawei vanished and didn't appear again. Di Ma shouted as a yang qi fist descended from the sky and hit Big Bird who concentrated its Qi just to survive. But after the blood burning, its qi was just too unstable.

Di Ma then turn around as he finally sensed Huang Dawei. He turned around just in time to block Huang Dawei's spear. With so much killing intent, Di Ma caught the spear with his bare hand, paying no mind to what the razor-sharp intent did to his hand.

He then reached out and snatched Huang Dawei by the collar. Huang Dawei kicked the man in a struggle once and twice. Three times, speeding up to a last-ditch eight-kick combo.

Di Ma hissed and grasped Huang Dawei's throat forcing him to stop. Huang Dawei stopped struggling and tried to speak.

Di Ma chuckled and was swelling with pride.

"Begging?" he asked while losing his grasp on Huang Dawei's throat.

"No." Hung Dawei twisted his hand and Di Ma's eyes clouded with fear.

Pah!

Di Ma dropped Huang Dawei. But Di Ma was the one who fell from the sky, bleeding from where his manhood should be.

Huang Dawei reformed the Pagoda Formation and left the rest to Big Bird.

When Big Bird arrived, Di Ma was in its feet with a talon through his dantian. Huang Dawei watched as Di Ma's qi dispersed.

Huang Dawei stood on the top of the Pagoda Formation with his spear behind his back and the tip facing the earth. He then released a seal that captured Di Ma and brought him to the Pagoda.

When Di Ma opened his eyes, he hovered before a spear-wielding pale-faced demon and a half-dead bird. Still, he had lost miserably.

"You see. That's what irks me about you Evil Faction dunces. You do bad shit to raise your cultivation and forget your body is frail and your foundation weak. Then you dual cultivators come along with all bark no bite because you forget that you fucked your way to the top. You're no better than a whore with a manor." Huang Dawei sighed.

"And all that energy that you concentrate down there was just forced out." He added, "Anyway, who's the other Wuzong in Qi State? What's their background?"

"No answer?"

Di Ma looked away, not willing to say a word. Still wallowing in self-pity and embarrassment.

"Big Bird, peck his head!"

Di Ma's eyes widen then turned to see a large beak right before it dotted his forehead. It was like he was dropped from a mountain.

When the daze cleared, Huang Dawei asked him once more.

"No Answer? Big…"

"Wait! Wait! Look beside the old hag there's Ouyang Di! Ouyang Di is the Dowager's lover. An Alchemist from Dawei Dynasty. He didn't have much talent but to a country girl like the dowager he was better than the emperor." said Di Ma.

"Explain!" Huang Dawei ordered, "Big Bird!"

"Okay! The Emperor, Zhao Gao. It's better if you call him Ouyang Gao. Back then Prince Kang was smart and the people loved him. Huang Dawei had finally found hard proof that Cao Qiqing was the culprit of the Yi family massacre. With a level 4 frozen bloodline, Di Ma could only be talking about Ice Phoenix Pendant.

"If you're lying to me, I'll torture your soul," said Huang Dawei.

Di Ma was confused, "My Soul…."

Huang Dawei thrust his spear through Di Ma's chest. Killing him instantly. He then took the time to construct a small formation and trapped Di Ma's soul in a jade bottle.
