After some minutes the knowledge regarding how to practice the technique is given to my mind but looks like I have firstly train my body somewhat so I can successfully master this technique.

After 2 weeks a boy is seen doing physical exercises and sweat is tripping down from his face and body.
During this time of 2 weeks not only I have done physical exercises but also done a lot of practicing in mastering martial technique. Also I have given the source energy pills to both Eggy and Xue Ji and they have reached cultivation of 4 stage of spirit realm since those pills contained pure source energy which was very effective. Also they had teached me spirit cultivation techniques even though I have currently not reached White Cloak spiritualist but my spirit energy has reached on very denser level. I also used some saint spirit grass to reach 6th stage of spirit realm.
