" Are you sure Raven ? I know that you come from a poor background and 50 silvers is large sum ! " Crow said to Raven but reluctance was apparent in his tone because he himself really wanted this money but his morals were saying otherwise.
Raven could see through this reluctance in a second so he evaluated Cow as a good person worthy of his friendship . It was not easy to resist the temptation of money because Martial Path required enormous resources for less talented ones thus greater money. The path of Martial Artists was tough and long so friendship was necessary to climb the long path as loneliness is really something which nobody appreciates much.

Raven forcefully stuffed the silvers in the hands of Crow ignoring his reluctance and ran away from the small room . Of course he knew that 50 Silvers was basically all his savings but Raven does not place much importance on money right now because improving his talent was most important to him now . Raven soon arrived at his destination and an eerie feeling greeted him . There was a black iron door in front of him full of rust and an old man with long white beard wearing long white robes was guarding it . Well not guarding actually as he was just immersed in reading a book in peace . Raven could not care less about him as improving his potential was too important to him . So he just took out his outer disciple badge and inserted it in the hollow hole lightly.
Magically, white light appeared and after one second a ding sound was heard . The heavy rusty door started unlocking automatically . Raven stealthily took his token back and glances at the elder . He sighed in relief because he confirmed that the shameless elder was really openly slacking off on his job and did not notice him or rather ignored his existence . Well Raven was actually glad because he did not want to leave any impression on the elder. Simply because he had a secret which Raven did not want anyone to find out . Raven smiled lightly and dashed inside at full speed while the door automatically locked again after Raven entered inside ..
