Blaze's Smithy III

Blaze slowly brought down the hammer and put it back on the floor.

"This hammer was a gift from the friend who helped me with its forging."

Blaze said with a straight face, not knowing that Iwan already knew the truth.

While listening to the absurd lie coming from the mouth of a God, Iwan could feel his heart being disturbed.

In the end, it didn't matter to Iwan if Blaze stole from Thor or Boar; Iwan just didn't like hearing lies when Blaze had already called him a friend.

"What about the other two items?"

Iwan, who couldn't bear to hear more lies from Blaze, changed the subject.

His eyes turned towards the last two items placed side by side.

A table made of wood had the simplest look out of all the items and a golden pouch that could even fit in Iwan's hand.

"Do you know from where the process of making a weapon or an armor starts?"

Blaze asked Iwan since talking to him had been a shocking experience for Blaze, so he wondered if Iwan could surprise him more.

Seeing that Blaze had some expectations from him, Iwan looked ahead while mumbling something.

'How do you make a weapon?'

'How do you start making an armor?'

Iwan mumbled many times, but nothing happened.

'Why isn't the shitty scroll coming out?'

Even though Iwan had independent control over the foresight scroll, he was still not used to it.

Iwan's perception had increased, allowing him to see through the Anvil and the hammer. But, even these live pop-ups happened unconsciously, resulting in such an ending.

'Shit.'

Confirming that he wouldn't be able to answer Blaze, Iwan cursed and shook his head.

"If you had answered that too, I would have been forced to consider you a shape-shifting devil."

Blaze laughed and finally showed a relaxed expression to Iwan.

"The answer to my question lies there."

Blaze pointed his finger at the table and then walked towards it.

Iwan followed his actions with sight.

No matter how fast Blaze was at the moment, Iwan ended up staring at the wooden table before him.

This wasn't the first time his eyes had fallen on the table. But, nothing had changed. The table looked even more average than before.

"Hah."

Iwan scoffed as a thought invaded his mind like a parasite.

'No matter how normal it looks, at least he couldn't have stolen it. But, what could a table have to do with forging? If only he wasn't using a fucking frozen drool of a giant as an anvil, I would have guessed its use.'

Iwan couldn't wrap his head around the presence of a simple four-legged table with a straight, smooth-looking surface.

In the meantime, Blaze reached the table and moved his hand over the table's surface.

"Forging a weapon starts from its design. But, I am not telling you about it because of that. I just want you to know that none of my Blaze's smithy items is average. Behold the only table made of a stol- ahem* branch of a powerful tree."

'What a showoff.'

"I heard stol*. Don't tell me you were going to say, STOL-EN?"

Iwan pressed the "EN" hard. Just that was enough to force the God of Fire to evade the gaze of a human.

"Ahemm~ Don't focus on the small things. Do you not realize the worth of this table?"

Realizing that Blaze was even slippier than an eel, Iwan could only scoff at his words and turned his eyes towards the table.

Seeing that there was not much change in Iwan even though Blaze had already said so much about the table, Blaze closed his eyes and decided something.

"The friend who gifted me the hammer. The celestial plane and the Worlds that the Gods of his plane rule over are all being supported by this tree. But I can't tell you its name for some reason."

'So, it's a tree supporting the celestial plane where Asgard is.'

Iwan had already learned and remembered many things that he was once unaware of.

Something compelled Iwan to move towards the table as if he had heard a calling.

"You can touch it. I know you want to."

Blaze told Iwan while winking at him. The words and the actions could have given birth to many misunderstandings, but thankfully, Iwan and Blaze were alone here.

Blaze's proposal was hard for Iwan to refuse, and he voluntarily moved toward the table.

Iwan touched the table and could feel something sucking him while, at the same time, a gushing pure warmth and coolness washed over his body.

"Heavens."

Iwan could picture himself flying over the skies, and at the next moment, he found himself standing alone in vast darkness where only a cold yet calming wind blew.

It was great at the start, but from short moments, Iwan felt trapped.

An hour passed, and Iwan was stuck in a loop between the warmth he got while flying over the skies and the calming cold he felt in the vast darkness.

'What's happening?'

The scene Iwan had pictured had become a reality for his mind, and just like that, a day passed, followed by a week, and finally, a month passed.

"BLAZE~"

Iwan, who couldn't handle it anymore, screamed.

"That's enough if you don't want to lose your mind to this ecstasy."

BLaze grabbed Iwan's hand and pulled it back.

"How long did I touch it?"

Iwan instantly asked Blaze while his forehead was filled with sweat beads.

"Two Seconds."

"Two seconds. No way."

"I told you, this is the only table made out of a very special tree."

Blaze said with a smile since no other fool like him would do such a thing.

Iwan was silent, and Blaze somewhat understood why Iwan would be lost for words.

"This is where I design my weapon and armor before starting the forging process."

Blaze continued while Iwan was still silent.

A scroll had opened before Iwan.

'It's finally here.'

Iwan couldn't wait to learn about the origin of the table that Blaze had boasted so much about.

Why is taking so long to cover A smithy that doesn't even belong to MC?

Answer: It's because these items will be used to boost the POWER of Iwan!!

Till then, Let's look for Yuan Dich Inas!!
