It took less than half an hour for Amelia to move into Isaac's apartment. It took Aiden four hours to haul what must have been his life's prized possessions into the apartment, and still, there were plenty of items that didn't make the cut.
"Interior design is your passion, I see," Amelia said dryly as she watched Aiden struggle to fit the shelves with his figurines.
"You do not know the pleasure of magical girls," Aiden said without any shame as he continued to arrange them in the most pleasing manner.
Meanwhile, Isaac had quickly done a stocktake of what he needed to welcome yet another, possibly pregnant guest into his home. He had set up a mattress a few days ago in one of the spare rooms, but it was meant for Aiden to sleep on. With Amelia's more fragile condition, he'd be damned if he let her sleep on the couch or something worse.
