With his head hung low and his shoulder slumped, Detective Rogers, muttered under his breath using a despondent tone. The entire situation was undeniably depressing for him and for some reason, it was prompting him to start doubting even his own capability.
Putting the fact that he was easily fooled to believe that Alyanna ran away from their marriage only to eventually find out in the end that the victim on the case that he was currently solving himself was actually the same as his missing fiancee all along, the detective was convinced that he was sorely lacking as an individual.
