Elycia's request was met by the silence that went on for almost a minute. However, she didn't appear to be discouraged by it at all as she calmly continued focusing on what she did. She also knew that Crown Prince Alerone narrowed his gaze at her all the time.
"I wish you can be this frank and daring at all times," the Crown Prince suddenly said. Though he slightly smiled as he spoke, the smile appeared rather sad. Elycia didn't have to look at him to know this. She felt it all.
"If that's the case, I would already lose my head," Elycia responded in her usual calm voice. Once again, her face was so hard to read that it made Alerone struggle for words to say. Then she spoke up again.
