MARRIED TO THE BLOOD KING
After he lost his throne to the hands of his younger brother, Reginald is banished from the vampire kingdom, never to return, and sent to the human realm. He stumbles upon Hezab, and due to his thirst to rule and conquer, he devises a plan along with traitors from the royal family, to take over Hezab and rule for himself. He enters the palace and killed the present King and some of his children, forcing the rest to escape for their life and go into hiding along with his wife, but before she left, being a powerful witch, she laid a curse on him and his generations to come for destroying her home and killing her loved ones, then she went into hiding never to be seen again. Reginald toiled all the earth trying to find her to reverse the curse but she could not be found. A curse of blood, a curse of death and bad luck, a curses passed to all his bloodline. DRAMA IN COURT ROOM
"Your highness , I had an emergency" the man said trying to regain some confidence , as Kadens eyes flashed red , and shone wider ,
" you dare lie to your king " Kaden said in an angry yet calm voice , as the man immediately fell on his knees , as tears streamed down his face ,
" my king please forgive me , I was deeply in need of money , I owe a lot of people " the man said as he feel on his knees ,
" who gave you the orders " Kaden said as he looked the man dead in his eyes ,
" I can not speak she will kill me "the man said as his gaze turned pleading , and he turned to Astriana for help ,
" a woman , who is she " Gatheb asked as he came forward and stood beside Kaden ,
" her highness please help me " the man said as he looked at Astriana to see if she would show him any compassion , because he knows the king never shows mercy ,
"your highness maybe we should " Astriana said as she immediately stopped speaking when Kaden's angered gaze settled on her face , his beautiful features stoned as ice , as his eyes swirled between flames , abd darkness seen beneath , he walked up to the man , as he held him on his neck , and raised him above his shoulders
" you dare look my wife with your filthy eyes , you better speak the name of the person , I don't care if you die or not , because I am going to kill you anyway " Kaden said with a cold voice , as all the people present shivered with the intensity of his voice ,
" it was , it was" the man said as an invisible force started choking him , as he struggled to take a breathe , as Kaden left the hold on his neck , and he fell to the floor , as he held on his neck , and started gasping like a fish as he struggled to breathe , he then started coughing ,as blood flowed from his eyes , nose and mouth as the floor beneath him turned to a pool of blood , as the throne room became eerily silent as they watched this unfold , till he slumped on the floor and died on his blood , and a black smoke surrounded his body till it disappeared ,
"What sort of sorcery is this " one of the duke shouted as the people present in the court room expression drastically changed ,
" black magic " one of the dukes said ,as he stood from his seat and came forward to take a proper look at the man,
" Sir Theophiles , I think it is better if you remain on your seat to maintain the orderliness of the throne room " Gatheb said as he directed a warning gaze to the man ,
" how can we keep quiet, when it is clear somebody is operating in dark magic in the palace grounds " another said as he stood up to back Sir Theophiles ,
" But witches are banned from Hezab by your fore father King Reginald , when he killed the powerful witch princess , ALICE " ,
" how can can one even enter the groundings of Hezab , a barrier was put on Hezab by King Reginald after he killed Princess Alice " he finished as he looked at the king with questioning eyes ,
" it seems our king is not respected enough in his palace for one of his men to betray him and work with a witch under his guardiance " ,
" It seems your father was right we should have listened to the last King , King Kaden is too weak , I am sure Kiran would had made a better option " a man said as his head was immediately detached from his body and rolled on the floor as his wife let out a loud scream and began sobbing , as all the people bowed in a submissive pose, as the kings chest rose and fell in synch as his eyes swirled between colours of red emmitting flames of fire and green ,
" I believe that is enough warning to anyone who challenges my authority , now let's finish why we came here for , as for the rest of you who challenged my authority , you are lucky your fore father's where picked by mine to rule beside him , or your head would have been rolling beside his , and don't you dare provoke me , believe me , I fear no one " Kaden said as he walked up to his throne and sat down as the people kept their heads low ,
" all rise " he said as they raised their heads and took their seat .
"continue with the proceedings " he said as he turned to face Gatheb , who nodded his head and stepped toward .
" we are gathered here today to judge rightfully , on the accusation laid upon our king wife , princess Astriana " Gatheb said , he then walked forward to Yana and Chera who had kept their head low through the ordeal , and had not said a single word ,
" did you or did you not , change the clothing's made specially for her highness for her welcoming ceremony " Gatheb said as he looked at Yana with a stern face ,as Yana raised her head , and her eyes flashed black , and Gatheb eyes widened in horror .
