"What do you mean you were too late and someone else got her before you could?" Alex couldn't understand if his wife was for sale that someone would want to get her. What were they even talking about? He's made no enemies lately that someone would punish him, so who would kidnap his wife.
When you're no longer bad, that's when karma turns down on you, and starts with it's punishment but he won't allow that. And who said he's not bad? His silence for many months has made this people make a fool out of him. He's seen the inviting challenge from David but he choosed to ignore.
He's heard about Mr Dior's comment about him, even after giving their company the privilege of working with him, he also choosed to ignore. Trying so hard to avoid temptations flying from all corners. All Alex wanted was to be with his Hazel, for her to know he's better now.
If perfect's what she wants he was ready to give it to her but it seems even she cannot see how much he's changed, how much he's sacrificed for her sake. And how much more he's willing to give for her.
He gritted his teeth at the thought of someone else abducting his wife and children. Oh or hell would be let loose if David does not provide his Hazel. "We're so sorry for arriving late sir, it seems someone wanted madam and unfortunately they got her earlier before we could." The man knelt down before his boss knowing what his faith will be if his master does not find his Madam.
They tried but those men meant harm, they even shot most of David's men in the process. They were armless and just wanted to do a quiet clean job, who knew they witnessed such.
Alex said nothing to the man, he rather stepped out of the mansion making some calls. Hoping this time he'd find her and fast. When his parents told him about the welcome party thrown for Hazel, he couldn't attend the party. But when they told him about the presence of the Dior's and the divorce papers he recieved, he just couldn't take it anymore.
It turns out being normal and civil in this part of the world was totally not acceptable, cause even the most unreasonable and defenceless people will try to ride you. His father was right after all.
He doesn't know who has carried his his wife, but heads will roll once again. He got into his car and drove out.
.
Eyes quivered, lashes trembled and a pair of blue eyes came to veiw. I was welcomed by the memories of the previous night which got me really upset. Alex has sent his men to abduct me, and here i thought he's changed. How petty. Now i believe people cannot change who they are and Alex is not an exemption.
Hazel got off the bed as her feet touched the cold floor. This room was just too overly decorated with rose flowers which was definitely not Alex's thing. He's totally not a flower person and I'm not either, or was he trying to irk me on purpose?
I hated flowers cause of one person, one stupid man that has made me hate alot of things. I despise him so much and can even kill him if I see him right now. "Aurgh........" I groaned
I headed to the door just when I heard another door open from inside and...... The last person I wanted to see came to veiw, with a towel on his waist. For some seconds there I had to check myself inwardly for anything, else I'd just die.
"You.... What do you want this time, how dare you abduct me?" Who would have thought Dad would do such, only Alex had the guts to do that.
He smiled, the smile that always sent chills to my body. How do I get out of this place now? I'm not as strong as I used to be. "Oh you're finally awake, my.... love......." He said stressing the my love. Nothing on earth irritated me like this man does. His face, words, every bloody thing about him was so irritating
"That doesn't answer my question, why do you have me here?"
The smile on his face fell for a few seconds and graced his lips back again, "I know you've finally found out I'm not your father, so nothing restricts us from being lovers." He dabbed the white towel on his head and body. "I'd rather die than be your lover." He let out a throaty laugh.
"Then get ready to die Hazel, I guess I've been generous enough forgetting how stubborn our Hazel can be." He stepped closer to me hanging the towel around his neck and my feet moved backwards. Xavier paused.
"Did you forget we had an unfinished business, especially the part were you tried escaping from me. You spoilt all of my plans stupid woman. You and your sisters are just so stupid to walk with, she even tried escaping as well thinking....."
Xavier paused to look at the girl before him. Her confused expression was enough to know she was still trying to process the information he's given her.
He let his emotion control his words, and now he's regretted it. "My offer still stands Hazel, you do your part and I do mine. But it's really amusing you told that boy nothing about our plans." She had forgotten to mention this to Alex or just never thought there was need for it since she was completely out of his life.
She thought she was the cause of this and if she was no longer there, then Xavier would never have a chance to disturb him. But who would think he never gave up even after five months. "What deal are you talking about? If I'm correct I'm no longer with Alex."
"That's not a problem, you will get back with him soon."
"That'll never happen." He laughed at her reply.
"Foolish girl, you forgot so easily he bought you with his money. If Alex is giving you a chance to decide your destiny, you should use it wisely."
"He'll be back for you and your father and things will only get complicated. It's best if you do what I've asked and be free forever." He coaxed her further. Xavier knew this woman was difficult, but she's totally the right one for this job.
Alex would do anything she asks blindly without a second thought. That's how foolish the man is around her.
"You need help Xavier, do it quickly before it gets too late. What you're asking for is impossible and you know it." She turned around to leave but was quickly pulled back on the hair by him. "You're hurting me, let me go." Hazel cried out, but her words made him pull her hair tighter than before.
"I gave you audience and you insult me with uncharitable qualifications." He spoke close to her ears, pulling her hair even more. "Ahhhh." Her cry of pain was music to his ears. "No please stop, my babies."
"Tell me how you want them to be, cause I could start taking them out one after another, cutting them to pieces for you to feed on." He said slowly twisting her hair even more......
Hazel cried, not her babies. Anything but her babies, right now she wished Alex would walk through the door now to save her. Or anyone else, her life and her children's life were in danger.
Xavier knew It won't take long for that mad dog to locate them, he runs this city and knows every corner of it. If he was going to go down today, then he won't be going alone.
