Chapter 115 Cancelled Wedding 2
I would say Alex is my greatest mistake, and the only thing I have to do now is killing what ever I have on him.

Sitted in his office Alex just didn't know what to do anymore, he felt awful seeing Hazel mad at him for not attending the party. Deep down he knew her anger was more cause of what she had seen him do with Berverly. But it wasn't his fault as everything happened so fast, even if he was going to kiss her at least not the night of his Engagement Party.
A day he has planned for weeks just to make Hazel happy, but was now ruined cause of an act he could have avoided. "Dude, where were you on your party?" Ben and Lukas walked in, the last people Alex wanted to see right now. "I've been locked out of my room!" Alex said frustratedly and the both men laughed.
"I knew she'd have the right punishment to give you, my Hazel!" Ben smiled and Alex glared at him. "Don't make me think you have a thing for my wife Benson!" Alex said coldly as he glared at the man, his actions made Ben chuckle. "Men, Men calm down!" Lukas the peace maker was at work.
"Alex tell us why you called, I have a serious Carie situation to handle!" Lukas said sternly. "Why? thought you were over that already?" Ben asked. "Yes I thought so, but she just suddenly decided to ignore my calls these morning. It only means she decieved me into believing she forgave me just so she could attend her sisters humiliating engagement party!" Lukas said.
"Was it that bad?" Alex asked, and his two friends stared at him in disbelief, "Alex, you invited the best people to your party and then just bail out. Leaving your precious wife alone with her mother in-law. You know Hazel's new here she hasn't really found friends, she was like a lone fox!" Lukas said.
"Locking you out is a little punishment for you, she should send you out of the mansion for a month or two and also cancel your so called wedding next week!" Ben suggested. "She already cancelled that!" Alex said coldly watching his friends astonished faces.
"The Hazel I know would forgive me by now if her anger was just about the party, cause she cares less about what people thinks about her. But I guess she's more angry cause she saw I and Berverly kissing!"
"What? "Dude, on your engagement party after humiliating your wife you cheated too?" Lukas asked astounded and furious at once. "She kissed me, I'm human. So I returned the kiss!" Alex blurted out.
Lukas and Ben took Alex to his private office and they sat on the couch, brought in one of his favorite liquid and three glasses. They needed hard liquid to digest the unbelievable information they heard from their friend. "What brought about all this kisses!" Ben asked. Alex sighed before parting his lips to speak.
Earlier on Berverly had called that she had something really important to tell him, he had to leave Hazel at the saloon to talk to Berverly at a restaurant. She talked about her father's business bankruptcy and that they needed help. Alex offered her a deal and in four hours their business was back at the top again.
Berverly could not find him at the party to thank him, but when he arrived for a short while to see Hazel before returning, she followed him and thanked him. But he was astonished by her next move and he returned the kiss but it was only for a short while. Pulling out he saw the last person he wanted to see right before them, it was game over for him at that moment.
Alex emptied the glass before him in one go, Ben and Lukas we're both speechless as they stared at him. He moved this fingers through his hair as he exhaled harshly.

Alex got back home and stroded to the steps, he got to his room hoping this time his room would be open. He twisted the door knob with crossed fingers and surprisingly they did open. He sighed in relief and got in, he smiled when he saw his stuffs neatly arranged back on the table.
He darted his gaze around the room, everything was fine just the way it has always been. He got into the bathroom for a quick shower deciding after his bath, he'd go talk to Hazel since she finally decided to forgive him. He got into the closet when he was done showering and frowned.
Her clothes were all gone, like she never existed. He got changed quickly and got out of the room, on clicking his door close another clicked open with Hazel walking out of it. She took a glance at him and turned to walk away but he was quick to pull her back.
"What's all this for? I already apologized many times already, and that kiss was just a harmless one!" He just didn't know what else to do, what does he have to do to make her understand he was sorry?. "A harmless kiss? Hazel asked. "Alex the documents I'm supposed to take with me, is it the blue or red?" Ben walked in immediately.
Not noticing the tention between both couple and before he knew what was happening someone smooched his lips. "I'm sorry Alex, it's just a harmless kiss!" Hazel said. "You just kissed my friend!" "You kissed my enemy!" She got back into her room and banged the door hard. Leaving the men speechless.
