Those creatures

It took me more than half an hour to slay the batch of goblins. Amongst them,the number of rank one origin realm goblins,had increased to thirty,those of rank two origin realm goblins had doubled,while amongst them, a new rank of goblins had appeared. 

They were taller,their hide tone lighter,not so ugly,had more muscles and an aura much stronger than rank two origin realm goblins. 

These were rank three origin realm goblins, and there were five of them.

The hoarde consisted of fifty five goblins.

After a heated battle, that I ended up getting injured after killing the last of the goblins,I fell on my butt as I took in deep breaths. 

It seemed that my battle power was only comparable to that of a rank three origin realm cultivator. I could not help but wonder how stronger I would be the moment I stepped into the cultivation path.

Knowing well that there was no way I could defeat the next batch of goblins on my own, I decided to make a few purchases.

With three thousand plus kill coins,I purchased two origin realm Mortal Summoning Tokens,and ten Mortal Summoning Tokens,as well as everything else on the food shelf.

I ended up spending a total of three thousand two hundred and twenty seven kill coins. 

As for the remainder,I bought a unit of iron,and five units of wood,leaving me with only three kill coins.

As for my system shop, most items had been greyed out.

I ended up using the summoning tokens to summon ten men and two women. The two women and eight men were ordinary mortals,all in their mid twenties,these ten were to be led by Mio. 

He had the men clean up the goblin corpses while the two women prepared bread for the men.

We had no oven,but with a little innovation, I moulded a crude one. Some of the men curved plates and mugs from the pile of wood that had appeared from thin air startling them.

As for the two mortal origin realm tokens,I had used them to summon,two rank one,early twenties young men. 

I heard them accompany me outside the cave,as it was already approaching dawn, and I felt that it would take a while before the next batch of goblins was to be dispatched. 

Under a tree we sat,and I had them explain to me what cultivation was all about,their experience and they breathing technique.

From them,I learnt that what they used was a common ranked breathing technique unlike my system shop's Mortal Ranked Breathing Technique.

After hearing them describe it, it only took me an hour to comprehend it and another hour to be able to draw the world energy,or rather qi as they termed it,into my body through the various meridians located in the body. 

My body trembled as a thick black substance flowed out of my pores,after completing a full circuit.

The stench was unbearable. I had to stop and quickly send the two for water to wash away the stinky sticky black substance from my body. 

At that time,I had to shove the two young men to wake them from their shock. It was only later that I learnt that,what I managed to accomplish in two hours, had taken then almost two years to accomplish. 

Having them break through from the shackles of mortal hood to the path of a cultivation.

After a good washing and a change in a set of leather clothes sewn by the two women for me,I had everyone rest for a while,as we all enjoyed a simple but sumptuous breakfast.

Though each of them were aware of the threat that our so called neighbours were, none of us were scared. The piles of corpses that had been lying on the caves floor when I had summoned them was proof enough of my current strength. 

Having broken through the shackles of a mortal and embarked on the path of cultivation,not only had I become a rank one origin realm cultivator, but my battle power had increased by a level.

I was now able to contend against rank four origin realm goblins without sweating much. Something that I was looking up to.

After the meal,the a portion of the men moved to clear a settlement region outside the cave,while another portion prepared wood for the construction of a couple of cabins.

As for the two rank one origin realm youngsters,I had them use the oven to smelt the iron and crudely forge it into several hundred nails for construction. 

As for after learning the Mortal Ranked Movement Technique,I decided to forge simple iron swords,a couple dozen arrow heads,some spearheads and five chest guards.

I also forged three large cauldrons for the kitchen and a smaller one for refinement. It always good to plan for the future. 

And as if the heavens were on our side,the goblins did not attack during the day.
