CH373. Leave!

"Min Chen," Yu Luoshan calls again , pitifully. "I did it for her. Would you have let me marry her if I had not gone to fight for myself?" 

"Leave!" Lu Min Chen orders. "I am busy now."

"Ah?" Luoshan becomes stubborn. "Can I find her then? I just want to make her understand."

"No!" Lu Min Chen says. "I should not find you anywhere close to her. She is still recuperating."

"Min Chen... I know it was fault. I left her alone. But...I had not wanted her to get pregnant...anyway, I love her. And I do blame..."

"Stop!" Lu Min Chen says and raises his hand at her. "Did I not tell you not to touch her? You thought you were man enough, right? And I was the stupid one..."

"Min Chen, I could not...I mean she was..."

"Hey! I said leave!" Lu Min Chen orders. " I will not let you near her."

"Um..."

"Li Chan!" Lu Min Chen calls his assistant. He has to get this man, his best friend out of his office."

Yu Luoshan sighs. And he stands up. "It is okay... I will leave... I will come another day."

He looks at him one last time, regret all over his face. If only he had held his self control that day, all these wouid not have happened.

But, would he have garnered enough courage to tell his dad that he was not going to marry that girl?

Would he have gained enough courage to join the army?

What about his business? Would he have put it more effort?

Where could he be now? He sighs and he walks out. But he tells himself that he will not give up.  

He has to make up for what he did to Yu Yan. He has to show her that he did not leave her intentionally.

He has to tell her that he did not go back on his words. That he did not stop loving her.

Li Chan stands by the side as watches as Yu Luoshan leaves. He is also shocked that the man is back.

They had looked for him everywhere. But they never found him even once. But he has just brought himself back now?

"Boss?" He asks once Yu Luoshan has closed the door behind him.

"Um..." The look on Lu Min Chen's face does not seem so good. "Find out if anything happened to the Yu household before Luoshan left," he says.

"Okay," Li Chan nods.

"Also, try checking at the national military. Find out if he was there," he says again.

He just remembers that his friend  once mentioned that if things got worse, then he would leave for the military.

He had said it just like a joke. And Lu Min Chen had not paid attention to it because he knew how much Yu Luoshan valued his dad's business.

And that was part of the reason why he was banning him from meeting Yu Yan. He thought that Luoshan would choose business over love, and hurt his lovely sister.
