CH332. I miss you a lot

"Boss? Let us give it a try, okay?" the assistant says. He is willing to help his boss find what he wants.

Ye Fu Chin is silent again. He looks at his computer screen for a long time before he nods.

But his heart is a bit reluctant. What if she really does not want to see him again?

She was the love of his life back then. She is still that now. But he dieys not know what he is to her now.

He is afraid that the hope he has been keeping in him all these years might end up shattered. 

She might ask him to mind his own business. She might ask him to keep his distance from her.

What is she, Shan Gu Mu, the computer woman not capable of doing?

She left that year back, leaving behind their two day old daughter. She abandoned them and disappeared. 

If she did not come back to find them all these years, would she ever be willing to meet them now?

"Boss, you do not worry," the assistant tries to assure him when he sees his boss deep on thoughts once again. "We shall find her. And your family will be one once again. Trust me."

Ye Fu Chin looks at him with a blunt expression. He knows what life has been like from the beginning. 

And he is not sure of there is really anything he should be waiting for such a time.

Ye Xiao Xiao does not linger in the company after walking off on the chairman. She can even die here today. She has stepped on a live wire.

She walks outside and calls a taxi, with the intention of going home to rest.

Just then, her phone rings. And looking on it, she realises that it is Lin Mo calling.

"Brother Mo," she calls happily. It has been a very long time since they last met.

"Xiao Xiao," Lin Mo's cheerful voice can be heard from the other side. "How are you?" 

"I am good," Ye Xiao Xiao replies. "I miss you a lot!"

Lin Mo is silent for some seconds. She has said that she misses him today.

Only he knows how meaningful such words are to him. 

"Brother Mo?" Ye Xiao Xiao calls when he is silent for a long time. 

"Yes? I miss you too. Where are you now?" He asks. 

He has been trying to distract himself from her for some days now. But it appears like he has been playing a guiter before   a goat.

Her face, her smile, her body... Everything about her is always filling his brain.

And the more he sees her in his head, the more he longs to see her in reality.

He knows very clearly that he is not able to make her his. She cannot be his any longer. But just being with her, seeing her smile and happy, will comfort her.

And he thinks that avoiding her is not the best solution. He should instead agree to the fact that she can just be his sister!
