CH267. He is in a bad mood

In the office, everything gets so silent from the moment Lu Min Chen walks in.

Anyone who sees him from afar can tell that he is mad. And that small mistake today might make them lose their jobs.

His assistant even tries warning some of the people. "He is in a bad mood, watch your mouth."

No one is even willing to step foot anywhere close to his door. The documents that require his signature are all pushed towards his assistant.

Luckily, Li Chan has learnt how to work with him. All he does is place the documents before him and walk away quietly, without saying a word.

At around noon, Lu Min Chen's mood gets a little better when he remembers that he is the one getting hurt by staying mad at her.

He calls the butler, and he relaxes when he is told that Ye Xiao Xiao is still in his house, while Lin Mo left.

Atleast she did not insist on leaving with him. 

He remembers that he is supposed to take her to the Bureau of Civil Affairs.

Without touching anything more, he gets up and asks his assistant to take care of the other things.

He would have sent someone to pick her up and send her to the office, but he wants to show his commitment towards her.

And furthermore, she is too stubborn. Who knows what she can do after meeting Lin Mo?

Ye Xiao Xiao is in a slightly good mood after reuniting with her brother Mo. She had been so scared before of losing him completely.

She knows that no matter what ever happens between them, no one will ever fill the gap he might leave in her life. He is just so precious to her.

She even eats her meal well without any complain. And she is happy that there is no one at home to make her uncomfortable.

She stands at the balcony and stares into the distance, trying to think of the life she has led.

But suddenly, something catches her attention. Lu Min Chen is back?

He was obviously mad when he saw her with Lin Mo in the morning. But one thing she appreciates is that he did not cause any ruckus.

She walks back to her room. She wants to see him, yet she does not want. Everything is hard on her.

She thought that after what he did to her, she will never think of being in love with him again.

But her dream last night has proven her wrong. Whenever she thinks of him hugging her in her dream and telling her that he loves her, her heart beats so fast.

She knows that it is just a dream. And it is obviously out of her thoughts during the day, but she still feels so warm. 

And here he is again. She hopes that she gets a glimpse of his face, as long as he does not say anything annoying to darken her moods again.
