CH103. Why are you so mad at me?

Lu Min Chen places Ye Xiao Xiao on the bed before waiting for Manager Chen to come in.

"Please help her change," he says and hands him the clothes that his assistant has already brought over.

Manager Chen changes Ye Xiao Xiao's clothes and dries her hair.

She covers her well and ensures that she us fine.

He stands anxiously outside the door until manager Chen is done before he walks in. 

He just finishes changing his clothes when the doctor rushes into his office.

Lu Min Chen is already mad that he has delayed a lot but he says nothing. 

He opens the rest door room for him and takes him to Ye Xiao Xiao. Lu Min Chen's hands are shaking from fear of losing Ye Xiao Xiao.

The doctor Checks her and manages to help her on time. 

"She will be fine," he says to Lu Min Chen. "Helping her expel the water on time saved her."

Lu Min Chen sighs in relief and nods. "When will she wake up?" He questions and looks at her still sleeping unconsciously on the bed.

"She should be fine soon. Just keep her warm," the doctor replies and walks out hurriedly to escape.

He knows that it is just that Lu Min Chen is still worried about the girl on the bed that he has not admonished him for coming late.

He should better run away now before he gets back to his senses.

Lu Min Chen sits at the edge of the bed and holds her hands, trying as much as he can to keep her warm.

Her whole body is very cold. Anger rises in him again when he remembers how she was pushed into the water.

He still remembers how fearful he got when he saw her landing into the water. 

He calls his assistant. "Where is that Han Chan?" He asks angrily.

"She headed to her room after the incident," Li Chan, his assistant says.

"Keep an eye on her. She should not escape," he says and hangs up angrily.

Lu Min Chen is afraid of leaving Ye Xiao Xiao alone. He paces about in the room, waiting anxiously.

More than five hours pass before Ye Xiao Xiao opens her eyes. She squints her eyes to adjust to the light before opening them completely.

But she catches sight of Lu Min Chen, looking at her angrily the moment she looks around.

"Mmh?" She says weakly. Why is he looking at her like that? 

And why is she sleeping here, with him around?

"Why am I here?" She asks again, assuming his glare.

"Where did you expect to be?" He questions back. He feels so mad when he thinks that she refused to listen to him and landed in such a state.

"Um...Did I do something wrong?" Ye Xiao Xiao asks. "Why are you so mad at me?"

Then she remembers what had happened before. No wonder she feels this uncomfortable. "Han Chan...she pushed me into the pool..."
