Chapter 79: The Bad Ex-Wife and Little Nephew (10) (New)

By the time they finished it was lunch, President Érico had invited all of them to lunch. Rachel had long slipped out of the meeting room, for lunch.

She had quick feet and was already at her Nephew's school withing 10 minutes.

Rachel leaned on the back of the bench of the playground of the School. She waited for her Nephew to run up to her, he was wearing his 'finding Nemo' costume.

"Aunty Lia" He nearly scream as he ran up, he speaks more now. "Guess, what. Guess What..." He started to say his day was great. While Rachel pulled out Lunch Boxes for them to eat.

Unknow to her, a little boy was staring at them in shock. He couldn't stop his eyes as he was taken away by a young and beautiful woman.

As the Entire department of designers walked into the restaurant down below. President Érico, then finally turned to Chief Nilton. "Is everyone here?"

"Yes, this is everyone."

"….." President Érico merely shrugged his shoulders and continued on.

Rachel waved goodbye to her nephew as he happily skipped inside the building. She quickly got into her car, but, before drove of. She was utterly shocked by something.

It wasn't anything visible, but she clearly knew something happened. After a moment of sitting in confusion. She drove off not back to work, but, back her apartment building.

She headed straight for the top floor past her. She entered a code into the door and walked to the room, Rachel felt her heart racing slightly as she walked into the room. The Women looked slightly frail and weak. But her eyes shined with life.

"Madam Valquíria" Rachel said lightly closing the door. She sat down by the older women, who gazed at her slightly.

As they talked the women's eyes widen and she smiled happily.

It seemed like forever as Rachel and her talked, it looked like best friends where meeting after years of not seeing each other.

Walking out, Rachel felt more refreshed and pleasant after her talk she carried her papers with her as she stepped confidently into the building

When she got back her Coworkers where just now rushing out to the meeting room to present their plans to the board. She went to her desk only to see that it was empty.

"…." She stared at it quietly for a moment but did not say anything.

After a little fun, she finally went into the meeting room. Someone destroyed her presentation. Her Laptop, her papers, and her drive where all destroyed. Well, it was better then someone copying and pasting her work.

As she walked in, Evelyn was presenting, she gave Rachel a mocking smile.

Rachel gave a gentle smile back as she walked to the corner pulled out a perfectly preserved strawberry cake and started to eat it. It was delicious, a slight red appeared on her face making her more training.

Evelyn was so shocked that she almost fumbled on her presentation. Her shock drew the attention, of a few people to Rachel who was happy engaged in eating her cake.

"Ms. Sanches, what are you doing?" President Érico said irritated, several members of the board also raised and eyebrow.

"Eating Cake, Obviously." Apparernlt, Rachel gave no F**** today.

"….." President Érico looked impatient. "If you can't act-"

"If I leave it would be a big mistake on your part. I haven't even gotten through my presentation." She smiled back; her demeanor seemingly easier going then before.

"Oh, but, you don't look to hav-"

"Never underestimate technology President, I have a very good cell phone."

"Tsk, continue" President Érico said as he faced Evelyn, his expression hardened. When she finished, Evelyn was so embarrassed that she quickly sat back down not wanting to draw attention to herself. "Well." He said looking sharply at Rachel who stood up.

She Provocatively pulled out her necklace, from her low-cut top. She pulled open the necklace reveling it is a USB drive. She pulled out her phone and immediately connected to the projector. With a smile she started talking.

Madam Valquíria sat on her balcony with joy, her smile was peaceful as a white fluffy ball 'popped' out of nowhere.

"It Worked?" She smiled happily.
