Lu Chuang was feeling quite frustrated. He had expected to complete the new achievement mission after a few tasks, but the unlocking conditions turned out to be much stricter than he thought. Only one out of the six gangsters he encountered was deemed a qualified villain. This made him wonder about the true nature of the other gang members.

The elevator had reached the first floor, and Mond, drenched in sweat, was feeling desperate. He wanted to escape from the monster in front of him, someone who could resurrect after being shot. But Lu Chuang's unyielding gaze kept him frozen in place.

Finally, Mond broke the silence. "We probably don't know each other. We are the Russian Ross gang. If you try to mess with us, the entire gang won't let you off."

His words held a hint of threat, but his tone was notably submissive. It seemed that even tough gangsters knew the importance of speaking in a way that didn't provoke anger.

Lu Chuang grinned and replied, "Don't worry, I won't harm you. I just have a few questions."

Mond was taken aback. Was this person sent by another gang to gather intelligence on the Russian Ross gang?

"What kind of questions?" Mond asked cautiously.

Lu Chuang gestured to the five lifeless bodies on the floor with his gun. "Which one of them is the worst?"

Mond was confused by this unexpected question. "What do you mean?"

"It should be... about the same," Mond replied, but Lu Chuang disagreed, explaining that his progress bar wouldn't have increased if all the gangsters were equally bad. Lu Chuang needed to identify the worst one to find out who had the most extensive criminal history. This way, the system would recognize them as a true villain, making it easier to find suitable targets later.

Lu Chuang then made a demand: "Before we reach the top floor, you need to point out the worst one among them and tell me about his criminal history and how bad he is."

Mond was flustered. How was he supposed to know?

These days, even criminals have to prepare resumes in advance.

Seeing that the elevator was about to reach the top floor, Mond quickly pointed to a corpse and said, "It's him, the worst must be him!"

"He is our leader and one of Vladimir's capable officers. He has done a lot of dirty work for the gang over the years, and Vladimir entrusted him with this transaction. I can't even begin to describe his criminal record," Mond explained.

Lu Chuang became intrigued. "What transaction?"

Mond realized he had said too much and regretted it. As he watched Lu Chuang's finger slowly inch toward the trigger, Mond panicked. He opened the silver box he had been holding, revealing bags of transparent crystals inside—illegal chemicals.

Seeing the contraband, Lu Chuang's eyes narrowed. He suddenly had an idea.

"Give me the box," Lu Chuang demanded, reaching out his hand.

After some hesitation, Mond reluctantly handed over the box. Lu Chuang dug into his pocket and pulled out two one-dollar bills, leaving a five-cent coin.

Upon further thought, he returned the banknotes and tossed the coin to Mond. "This is your payment."

Mond looked at the five-cent coin with a mix of humiliation and resignation. He wanted to save face but eventually accepted it. Lu Chuang, however, wasn't pleased.

"Are you underestimating me? Do you think I'm the type of person who gives away things for free?"

This infuriated Mond, but he restrained himself from making any rash moves. He picked up the coin and reluctantly replied, "No, of course not. Thank you."

Lu Chuang emphasized, "This is a fair and just transaction without any shady dealings."

Mond didn't dare to argue. He just wanted to get out of the elevator as soon as possible. He silently swore never to take an elevator again, no matter how many flights of stairs he had to climb. The elevator had left a psychological scar on him.
