The carriage stopped in front of a tall stoned castle wall guarded by several armored knights in blue. Luna stepped outside looking above the walls in wonder as the eerie sounds coming from beneath the borders had entered her ear. Ashen dust blown by the wind grazed past her skin from time to time.
A man in a gray suit approached them with a smile. "The Winterstar Fleeting Team, follow me," he said with a bow and turned around.
They looked at each other's eyes in silence and followed him. They treaded the tight-spaced stairs going up from the huge massive walls, hearing the echoes of their shoes. The previously dim-lit space had them close their eyes upon reaching the uppermost floor as the sun welcomed them firsthand. When their eyes adjusted from the light, Luna's roommates looked below the horizon in a horror-stricken face.
