The four made their way to the smithy and met John Brown. Although met is somewhat embellishing it, they stared at his drunken figure sleeping deeply on a chair. They ponder on what to do and Zack suggests they just wait. After a few hours or so, a swarthy man runs into the smithy. He has dreadlocks, rings on his fingers and colorful clothing, everything needed for a good pirate. He has hand cuffs on and after staring warily at the four he edges his way to the anvil and begins trying to hammer his cuffs in order to get them off.
The man speaks up with strange confidence, "What are you guys looking at? Never seen a man in chains before."
Nick looks at Zack before asking, "Uhhhmm, I don't suppose you are Jack Sparrow?"
"That's Captain Jack Sparrow to you boy!" The man replies.
Putting on his best smile Nick further asks, "Do you need any help?" While looking at Jack hammer at his chains.
"If you could get these off that would be great."
"I've got the perfect thing for this." Zack speaks up.
He walks over to Sparrow and out of sight of the other three extends his finger to the key hole. Wood proceeds to grow from his index finger and fill in the hole. He twists his finger and the hand cuffs fall off. However in the middle of this twist a young William Turner walks in through the door catching sight of Zack unlocking Jack's cuffs.
"You're the pirate everyone's looking for! But who are you guys, his crew helping him get away!"
He immediately assesses the situation determines there's too many opponents and walks out the door calling, "Guards!" Jack at this, turns to the door opposite and tries to sneak away. Unfortunately many men in the kings clothes burst through that door before he can do so. At the same time more burst through the the other, surrounding Jack and the team of four.
"You're under arrest!"
"But who are these four?"
Will speaks up, "I believe those are his crew, I saw one of them unlocking his cuffs."
Zack speaks up at this moment, "Go with it boys, I don't think we can fight forty men with guns just yet."
So the four are locked in a cell with Jack. The hours pass uneventfully with small talk passing between the four and Jack. They masquerade as a small new pirate group that was impressed by Jacks legends on the high seas and went looking for him. Of course having his ego stroked made Jack rather happy although he expressed his sorrow for the groups destiny at the gallows so soon in their career.
As night falls however the sound of cannonballs firing and explosions ring out. The four can vaguely hear the screams of townspeople, and laughter of pirates. An explosion breaks part of the wall to their cell but only a small hole large enough for a hand is opened. Their sister cell however had a gap large enough for people and everyone in the jail except the four and Jack managed to escape.
A few minutes later Jacks former crew comes and has a heartfelt discussion with him. It's at this moment when one of the former crew mates reveals his skeleton hand under the light of the moon, that makes the three other than Zack realize this world isn't just a purely Pirates vs. Navy mission space. Extraordinary forces are at play.
A few hours later,
"Jesus this is at least a B-level plot maybe A!"
"Yea! Zack your senior must be hidden rather deeply I've never heard of anything like this in Pirates!"
"That's a thick thigh to hold don't let it go unless you have to."
Zack feels kind of embarrassed that the three are talking about a purely nonexistent person but he still keeps his mask on, "Please don't tell anyone, this benefit should be kept for ourselves."
"Don't worry we had no intentions of the sort."
Jack turns around in his sleep at these words and the group decides to get some rest. The next morning they wake up to Jack fiddling with a bone in the key hole of the cell. Zack could use his hand tool manipulation jutsu again but the story revolves not only around Jack but also Will. After a while a somewhat frantic Will bursts into the jail.
He reveals that the love of his life, Elizabeth has been taken away by the pirates last night and the Navy won't help. He proposes they as pirates themselves help him find the Black Pearl and girl for getting them out of the cell. Jack faffs about a bit but after hearing Will's name he agrees. As they get out of the cell.
The four follow Jack and Will and eventually arrive at the docks. Jack proposes they use rowboats to sneak on and steal a navy ship, walking underwater with rowboats held over their heads for air, Zack feels the surreality of participating in this iconic scene. They arrive at the ship the 'Interceptor' and to the dismay of the dock guards, manage to steal it setting off for the high seas.
"To Tortuga!"
The motley crew of six head to Tortuga, the pirates island and proceed to recruit a buccaneer crew to help them properly sail the Interceptor. They finally head to the Isle de Muerta the center of the first pirates movies plot.
Meanwhile a similar group of four are conversing with Commodore Norrington. The man who refused to chase after Elizabeth. They advise he chase after the pirates who stole the interceptor and Norrington agrees setting off with a warship and many Navy soldiers. Something Zack doesn't know is identity modifiers can extend to the whole team, which is why these four have found a place so close to the commodore.
Eventually the four arrive with Jack at Isle de Muerta. Sailing precariously through a sunken ship graveyard through which the dens of countless sharks lay. Jack explicitly states that he, and William will go ashore together leaving out the four expectant boys looking for plot points.
They go forward after Jack disappears with Will into the Isle intending to follow yet the crew of the interceptor stops them. "Captains words, only he and Will are allowed to go."
While Will and Jack are in the cave system of this Isle Captain Barbossa spills Elizabeth's blood and drops the final coin in the chest to rid them of their undead curse. In order to stop Jack's intervention in Elizabeth's rescue Will knocks Jack out. Elizabeth's blood doesn't work in lifting the curse. In a rage, Barbossa flings Elizabeth to the ground. As the cursed crew's attention is diverted, Will saves Elizabeth and they leave the Isle without Jack.
Will arrives on the interceptor and urges them to leave claiming that's what Jack wanted. The four try to get everyone to stay for Jack but the crew has no intention of waiting for Jack to arrive with a crowd of undead skeletons. Nick interrogates Elizabeth and learns that the whole Black Pearl crew is still undead however she leaves out that Will is who's needed to lift their curse.
Somewhat frightened by a crew of undead soldiers and keeping in mind their weakness the four decide to stay with the crew and follow the trend of the plot.
