Nine months later…

Time passes so fast as their days become more peaceful after the death of Luther and after Mila cuts her connection with the Victors.

The Victor Corporation turned upside down after the only heir died, and as they turned even messier, as Luther's story didn't die down that easily.

They forced Mila to resign from her job, but it didn't give them much trouble as she received a decent amount of separation pay that they used to open a restaurant. The only problem was that Mila could no longer afford the wedding every woman dreamed of.

Mila and Robert ended up having a simple and intimate civil wedding.

Mila only wears a plain white dress instead of an expensive and grand long gown. There is no red carpet or high-tier cake. There was no feast like a buffet, but they only dined together in a cheap restaurant.
