Chapter -25 : Danger

Roar.....

At this time, they heard a loud roar which was coming from the mouth of the cave.

Ryan and Saphira looked at each other at these. Ryan could see worry in Saphira's eyes at this time.

He was proficient in many types of magic and usually low level monsters are not his opponent but he knew that to Saphira, he was just a cute child at the age of six.

Who would believe that a child at his age can fight against someone at high level when at these age children don't even want to walk a long distance?

"It's really a bad luck today. Although we got fire spirit crystal but now we have much bigger problem to face. Ryan when the monster come, you should hide yourself somewhere behind a big rock, I will try to lure that monster away, taking these as a chance, run out of the cave as soon as possible."

With a little pat on his head, Saphira explained to Ryan with a smile on her face. She herself was terrified at the moment.

Although she is a dragon, she had never fought a high level monster before. She was not sure that she could fight as well as protect Ryan.

Hearing her say that, Ryan was almost moved to tears.

But remembering that he could himself defeat that monster, he again made his heart firm, while he was moved in his heart that it was the first day they met and she was willing to help him escape in the face of danger while fighting herself.

Luna was excited for some reason and was clinging at his neck happily.

Without wasting any more time, Ryan got behind a big rock which can hide him completely while the little Dark demon flame lion King cub was left tied in the middle.

It was not long before heavy steps sounded inside the cave with low roar from the big monster.

Ryan wanted to see how a dragon fight. He was fully prepared to assist Saphira, if she couldn't handle the monster herself.

Their faces peeked from behind the rock.

At this time, Saphira was little regretted that she came here without notifying anyone about her. She was worried that in the fight if there is some unknown factor than they will be done for.

Gritting her teeth, she tried to calm herself down to think about the solution for this situation which can help them with little damage.

It was not long before they finally saw a large dark demon flame lion King which had dark flames burning around his hairs on the neck and his tail also had flames on it.

As soon as he saw situation inside, flame lion King instantly became angry.

Roar..

With a frightening roar, a big fireball was spit out of his mouth, straight towards Saphira. Flame lion King can feel that the person in front of him was not easy by any means. He could feel suppression and superior aura coming from the body of the person standing in front of him so he attacked as soon as possible.

Bang bang bang

Saphira used her strong physic to evade the fire balls but as she escaped from one, Flame lion King was attacking with another in quick succession.

With a high jump with the help of a rock, Saphira jumped and punched the flame lion King in the stomach, which sent him flying and hit into the wall of the cave which made it shake a little.

Ryan who was hiding behind the rock was amazed by this. He didn't expect that dragons had such tough skin. High level monsters have heavy weight and strong body which can't be scratched even using a intermediate level magic sword but here he saw Saphira sending the flame lion King with a punch.

Roar....

Feeling intense pain, Dark demon flame lion King roared at the top of his lungs and again ran towards Saphira with high speed and slashed his paw at her with lightning speed.

This happened so fast that Saphira was stunned in place without any response and watched as the paw moved towards her.

As it was about to hit her a barrier appeared in front of her and the dark demon flame lion King surprisingly hit himself on it. With a little delay, Saphira jumped away from her original place, just as she jumped, the barrier was shred into pieces but terrifying force from the flame lion King.

Ryan was suprised to see this. He never thought that his barrier was torn apart so easily. This also gave him a little knowledge to how powerful a High level monster is.

Roar

Angry roar sounded from inside the cave which was so loud that other monsters near the cave ran away as to save themselves from danger.

Inside the cave, with a angry grunt, dark demon flame lion King looked around. He was not expecting that someone else was also there who could help his prey from him.

After looking around, he couldn't find anyone, flame lion King again looked at Saphira who was patting her chest in relief with anger burning in his eyes.

Bang bang bang....

In succession, flame lion King used his fire attack once more to trap Saphira and ran towards her with high speed.

Saphira was terrified by the power of dark demon flame lion King. She had never had fought with such a strong enemy ever before but once experiencing how terrible the strength shown by high level monster was, she had lingering fear in her heart.
