Chapter 15 The Announcement

Then as both Alibaba and Hakuyuu had reached the back part of the ballroom, they saw General Kojin waiting outside in the door leading to the back. At the entrance of the Ballroom, once General Kojin saw Hakuyuu, he immediately saluted as he said silently said to Hakuyuu by bringing him closer and not letting Alibaba hear it; however, due to Alibaba's Body change back then and the ki enhancing his hearing, he managed to hear what General Kojin said. The words Alibaba heard from General heard was.

" Your Highness, you're finally here. I didn't think when the king of Balbadd had talked to me about various topics and such that your Imperial Prince would have already met the third prince, and by the looks of it, you already seem to get along well."

"Then I guess that our visit here Is worth it since if the Third Prince already has a good impression of our Kou Empire the condition we held earlier would likely succeed since when I asked the King if he rejects the proposal what would be the reason and the King said earlier that."

"The king would only reject our offer if the third prince rejects the decision of our proposal, which is actually very surprising for a king to do. As you know, Imperial Prince, most Kings of other Kingdom's commonly don't care about the heir's wants, and most of the time, the current king would decide the prince's future."

When Hakuyuu heard this, he actually knew this well since some of his uncle's daughters were already married off to some of the major nobles of Kou Empire and one of the offers they were here, to begin with, was to offer Hakuyuu's cousin, who was similarly aged with Alibaba for possible marriage. And Hakuyuu knew that his sister Hakuei Ren might also be married to his father without any choice just for political gain.

Hakuyuu then felt a bit of relief as due to him being the Imperial Prince; he did not need for a political marriage unless it were for a critical political decision or if the country that he will marry is the Reim Empire who also had a Magi like Kou Empire. Still, Hakuyuu knew that would happen as the Reim Empire doesn't have that much of a good relationship with their Kou Empire.

Then Hakuyuu replied to General, "Yeah, I guess Alibaba here is lucky for being really prized by the king due to his magical talent and also smart's since when I talked to him earlier, I saw the books he was reading and saw that the books were already about advance topics. The books I saw that Alibaba was already reading books that I'm currently studying.

When General Koji heard this, he was surprised as he replied to Hakuyuu, "Are you sure of that Imperial Prince your current studies are already the highest level of education, and you were about to graduate in education next year at most, so does that mean the third prince is already smart enough to complete the highest education before even reaching 3-years-old."

Then as General Koji just said this suddenly a servant who came from the backroom door of the ballroom came out and said: "Your Third Prince and Kou Envoys the King of Balbadd had told me to invite you inside already as the announcement for the Ballroom is about to be announced the King said."

As the servant said this while bowing. When Hakuyuu and General saw this, they decided to finish their talk later as they replied: "Alright we'll I guess we can't keep the King of Balbadd of for so long anyway ok servant you can go back and tell the king will be going after a short while."

Then as the servant heard this, he nodded swiftly and went back immediately inside the back door of the ballroom. After seeing the servant finally gone, Hakuyuu then said to Alibaba, who was beside Casino, "Well then Alibaba, how about we go on to the back door now since your dad's waiting for you already."

Alibaba then nodded at this, then Alibaba started to walk inside the Backroom door. Hakuyuu chuckled a bit at this and then decided to follow Alibaba. The Prince's Guards followed closely behind them while being silent and attentive if a person tries to attack the two princes.

After a while, Alibaba and Hakuyuu finally arrived in a room where King Rashid was in. When they opened the door, they saw various servants seemingly checking various lists and items in the room while King Rashid seemed to be instructing them.

When King Rashid saw his son and the Imperial Prince enter the room, he then ordered his personal servant to manage the servants now, which King Rashid's personal servant nodded and then started to instruct the other properly servants.

As this was happening, King Rashid guided Alibaba and Hakuyuu and their personal guards in the luxurious room with the various magical artifacts and antiques scattered in the room. Then King Rashid finally said, "Welcome to Kou Envoys and my son. Now I guess I'll announce your Kou Empire's proposal to our Kou Empire. However, before our Balbadd Kingdom announces our answer to your proposal, I have to ask my son before deciding the final decision as even in my kingdom, my son Alibaba."

"My son Our Balbadd kingdom had been offered by the Kou Empire to enter an alliance together. The Kou Empire had offered our Balbadd kingdom some territory in the Kou Empire border and some former Kouga clan. Borderlands, along with control over the Aktia Kingdom, which had recently become their vassal state."

"So they can easily hand over the Aktia Kingdom to us. However, in exchange, our Balbadd country has to hand over many of the islands near Perthevia and Aktia shoreline. Once we acquire the Aktia Kingdom, we have to hand over all the Aktia kingdom islands. Which the Kou Empire will create bases on, and the last thing they wanted is some of our Balbadd Country Military strength once the Kou Empire's order us."

When Alibaba heard this, he became surprised due to the offers of the Kou Empire, which due to his experience as a king, saw that what the Kou Empire was willing to offer a large amount indeed and although Alibaba also saw the potential danger if the Kou Empire ever try to conquer their Balbadd, it would be a very big disadvantaged for Balbadd however Alibaba knew he could find a way using the knowledge and memories of Solomon and maybe he can grant or make a magic device which can give magical powers to people who has not or he can either plant a big magic formation around Balbadd so he can protect Balbadd from Kou Empire's attack if it ever happens.

Then after thinking about all the benefits and disadvantages of the offer, he finally said to his Father King Rashid, seeing the staring looks of Hakuyuu and General Kojin with although almost unnoticeable for normal people, Alibaba saw in their eyes an expectant look.

"Father, I think that we should accept the Kou Empire's proposition since It gives us many more advantages and disadvantages" and then. However, barely Alibaba could send a mental message to King Rashid using his barely unlocked Magoi in his magic since most of Alibaba's magic can't be used yet as he still has an infant of a body. He can probably only unlock most of his magoi once he reaches puberty.

'Father, this is me, Alibaba speaking to you using the magic I am currently capable of doing. And I know father's worry if the Kou Empire advantage to our Balbadd Kingdom if they decide to attack as from the islands they will give us. But I have various plans, Father. Although I can't say it yet, I promise once my plans are complete; our Balbadd Kingdom will become the strongest Kingdom in the World."

When King Rashid first heard this voice that suddenly came into his mind, he was surprised very much as this was his first-ever physic contact using magic; however, he quickly regained his composure. After realizing what Alibaba's voice in his mind King Rashid then nodded outwardly, which signaled Alibaba that he agreed to what Alibaba said.

Then after this, King Rashid finally said his decision to Hakuyuu and General Koji. "I have now decided what Balbadd country. At the same time, I have chosen to reply to your Kou Empire's Offer."

After being silent for an awkward second, King Rashid finally said, "Our Balbadd country has decided to accept your Kou Empire's offer for an alliance and to accept the test for my Son, the third prince to marry your Kou Empire's Princess."

Then as Alibaba heard this, he accidentally shouted in the room as he looked at his father, "Wait, what do you mean!!?
