Watching Alex flare up in anger was priceless; finally, Angelo was beginning to understand just what made the young man tick. He hated being embarrassed, and Angelo knew that if he could press a little more, it might make Alex break, or worse, make him act out in anger.
The risk was too high, but Angelo knew that this was a risk that he had to take if he wanted to get his family back.
"You think you can make fun of me? I have your wife and son with me, and at any second I could have them killed." Alex lashed out in anger.
"Making fun of you? How am I doing that, my dear nephew?" Angelo asked, and he paced the interior of his living room, not once taking his eyes off of Alex. He stood, and both men were looking at each other with less than two meters of space between them.
"I came here because I want something from you," Alex asked, and that smirk appearing on his face once again made Angelo nervous. With Alex, he was never sure what to expect.
