Chapter Two: The hunt is on

In short, Miyazaki entered the arena after all, where she was called everything - a pussy to be slaughtered, a little girl with no experience, and even insulted with worse words, but let's not talk about them. Here she stands in front of Kajiwara Kazutoshi, a professional animal hunter who has decided to become a Warrior, the very best please note. Well, the hunter didn't even draw his sword, he showed Miyazaki his smile and laughed heartily at the girl. Well it's every level 1's dream to be opposed not by some dangerous man but by a girl. Miyazaki is standing and just looking at Kajiwara, she is a little scared, because it's not a game of catch-up, try to go and defeat this hunter, he looks very scary.

- Well, girl, Spirit Warrior means? Will you show me your beast? - Kajiwara raised the corners of his mouth sneeringly. It's like he's playing with Miyazaki, doesn't consider her an opponent at all.

The spirit at high speed crawled to Kajivara and almost managed to strangle him, if the hunter was not so experienced. The onlookers and the announcer are shocked again. The hunter grabs the cobra with one hand and to keep it from twitching he presses its tail with his foot. That's it, I guess.

- How did you catch it? - Miyazaki's literally freaking out. That's pretty much what everyone's doing right now.

- Hey, silly. - While the gold cobra is trying to get free, the man explains to the girl why he's so tough. - I'm one of the best hunters in the Fire Nation, even though I'm level 1, I have so many dead animals under my belt! And although I have never caught a cobra, I have no trouble predicting its movements. Kajiwara Kazutoshi, remember that name! - he grabs his sword and cuts through the cobra. Fortunately the snake has strong scales, so it was able to survive the blow, because the snake and the man are the same level. The cobra only pretends to be wounded, and the hunter approaches Miyazaki.

Surprisingly, Miyazaki feels that her snake is okay. Somewhere in her mind she begs the cobra to come to her senses quickly. And so it does. Unexpectedly for the man, the golden cobra wraps around his whole body and drops him to the floor.

- How did I not see it? - I did. You're too sure of yourself, you silly hunter.

The gold cobra can either bite him, but then he dies, or strangle him, but then he dies too, or wring his neck, and then he dies. There is no way out.

- Surrender! - Miyazaki is confident of her victory now. Even the body enhancement didn't help Kajiwara. What's the point of it if a cobra can kill you anytime in a variety of ways.

Some other guy in black knight's armor eventually appears very quickly in front of the guy, though he is not a knight himself, with black thick hair and eyes of the same color. Suzuki Akihiro, eighteen years old, very calm and doesn't like impatient people. He comes to the Warriors' arena straight from the land of Snow. He was forced to leave his home due to the threat of war. In the manga, he is shown to be an orphan since the age of ten and has since trained and dreamed of revenge against Titania by killing the Titan himself, a dream he had until he met Titania's army.

- Titan Tamer, huh? - Suzuki asked in a cold tone.

- Yeah, you like that? - Kai sneeringly interjected. They're already hating each other before the battle even begins.

- What do you know about Titan? Men like you, first rate, not even level for his army. - Suzuki made it sound like he wasn't even first level himself, even Kai was surprised. The guy's pretty sure of himself.

The gong sounds, it all starts. The audience doesn't even know who to cheer for, both unknowns, both of them are fucking strong, but Suzuki looks more confident at least, all brutal like.

- Titan Tamer, that's a little too posh for someone like you. - He started it, which hurt Kai's feelings.

- At least I have taste! In fact, I think it's time to punish you! - Kai takes and creates plants, and they just keep growing and growing until they get close to Suzuki.

And now's the chance! The plants grab his opponent's legs, grow even further, and tie his arms. Suzuki can't move, but he keeps looking at Kai like he's in control. There's something about Kai that makes him feel insecure, even.

Everyone is freaking out. The announcer can't say anything. How come? Kai was so close to winning, he has level 1 plants and Suzuki is also level 1, so the plants would win here, but what the hell was that?

- Kai! - Miyazaki screams in fright, of course her friend got punched right in the stomach, the poor guy even fainted.

The officer was watching the fight closely, he too was sure of Kai's victory, but something wasn't right.

- Suzuki Akihiro, he's definitely not a Level 1 Attack Warrior. If he had level 1, he wouldn't have gotten out of Kai's grasp so calmly. - Hoshi said as he thought about his apprentice's defeat.

- But if Suzuki isn't level 1, then how did he pass the test? There are Sensor Warriors in this arena, they use magic to recognize a fighter's level and give him the right arena, then how was he able to outsmart these Warriors? - I don't understand, Yamada, how tough you have to be to cheat the Sensors?
