Chapter 34: Nami in Danger??....

After Luffy left the island, he directly teleported to East Blue. Then he remembered that he had never been to Cocoyasi Village before.

So he opened his system map and started flying towards the Cocoyasi Village.

After flying for a while, he could finally the structure of Conomi Island. Luffy landed at the shore and extended his haki to its maximum range, but he frowned as he couldn't find Nami.

It would be very troublesome to find her in the entire East Blue and there was also a possibility of her entering the Grandline as she said in her first meeting.

So Luffy decided to trace her by using his Devil Fruit power, but he needs to find something close to her. So he started walking towards her home to meet Nojiko first.

As Luffy didn't have anything to fear, he entered directly through the main entrance of the village.

Just after traveling a short distance, he met an interesting person. This person was the long lipped fishman, who was currently passing by the village entrance.

When the fishman saw an unknown human walking towards the village, he thought of having some fun. So he rushed at Luffy immediately and grabbed his collar from his behind.

Luffy didn't say anything and directly crushed the fishman's hand, as a result a painful scream escaped form the fishman's mouth. After that he turned around, " What do you want? " asked Luffy calmly. But when the fishman clearly saw his face, he felt like his soul would escape from his body at any moment.

He asked in a trembling voice, " You..you are the Dragon King??? Why are you here? " Luffy smirked, " Do i need to inform you! "

The fishman's legs turned jelly by fear, " No..no, its my fault for asking you. Please don't kill me. " He knocked his head on the ground with a *putong* sound and started begging.

Luffy nodded and left him. After Luffy was finally out of his sight, he stood up and started running towards the Arlong Park to inform him.

When Luffy was walking towards Nami's house, all the villagers who saw him avoided him like plague.

Luffy was really surprised by the reactions of the villagers. He had never thought, he would be this famous.

Soon he reached a small wooden house, with tangerine groves surrounding it. Then his gaze landed on an average-sized young woman with light blue hair and tanned skin, who was currently watering the plants.

Her right arm and chest are heavily tattooed. She was wearing a beige sleeveless shirt, blue trousers and purple sandals. Furthermore, she appeared to wear pink lip gloss.

This woman was Nojiko.

" Excuse me!! " said Luffy drawing Nojiko's attention towards him. Najiko turned around and was petrified by the man in front of her. Just yesterday Nami, had shown her this handsome man's wanted poster. So she obviously remembered him.

" How can i help you? " asked Nojiko with a nervous voice. Luffy smiled a little and replied, " Can you tell me where Nami's sister Nojiko is staying? I am here to meet her. "

" I am Nojiko, so why are you searching for me? " asked Nojiko. Luffy made an enlightened expression and said, " Alright then i am Luffy, Nami's friend. Can you please give me something close to her like her dress or accesories etc. "

Hearing this Nojiko immediately covered herself by her hands, " You.." But before she could finish, Luffy said, " It's just a huge misunderstanding on my part. Actually i am a Devil Fruit user and i can pinpoint her location by using my power, but i have to find something she is familiar with. That's why. "

Nojiko blushed furiously after realising she misunderstood him, " Ok-- Okay, wait here. " She ran inside and came out after a while with a bracelet and gave it to Luffy.

Luffy directly connected the two pin holes and found out that Nami was currently in East Blue. Then he handed it back to Nojiko and teleported directly to Nami.

The instant he reached at the location, he heard a sound coming from inside the building.

Slap!

As he approached it, suddenly a clear slapping sound resounded out from the room. Subsequently, the voice of a middle aged man sounded out, " A bitch like you has fallen to such a state… You dare be complacent, you dare seize my treasure!? Today, let me see who will save you? " As he continued approaching he had a bad premonition.

Slap! Slap! Slap! Slap! Slap!

" Stay your hand! " Luffy didn't dare hesitate and shouted out explosively as he knocked open the door like a cannonball and charged into the room.

This was an independent torture room.

At the center of the torture room was a stake, and a woman was tied on it. Although the woman's face was in a sorry state, yet she didn't lower her head from the beginning until the end, and the unyielding expression on her face even made men feel ashamed of their inferiority.

It was precisely Nami.

" Nami!!? " Luffy's face went gloomy when he saw the numerous bruises on the her face and he shouted coldly, " Die you Motherfucker. **Cataclysmic Orb** "

Instantly, a atom like energy orb appeared in his hand and Luffy fired it directly towards the man. When the orb connected with the man's body, his body burst apart instantly and turned into bloodmist.

It was one of Luffy's Devil Fruit power, Cataclysmic Orb. This orb looked like a shape of atom with various axis surrounding it and as it was just an instant realise so this one was not that strong.

" Luffy! " Nami originally thought that a great calamity was upon her, yet suddenly, a person had unexpectedly appeared to save her, and the person that saved her was an acquaintance of hers.

Like always she was robbing a ship, but today she was somehow discovered while still in the middle of the stealing process. So she was captured by this man and was brought here to be tortured.

Luffy untied her and in the next moment Nami's body collapsed but Luffy caught her before she could touch the ground. He sighed as he looked at her bruised body. Still the silver lining in this story was it would serve as a good lesson for her in the future. After that

Nami fainted in his arms.

Then he summoned the King of Hell and healed her body. Although he can heal her by his Dragon Force, but it would be a very slow process. So he used Rinnegan.

When Nami woke up, she felt she was sleeping on someone's lap. So when she looked at the person, she started blushing. Currently her head was on Luffy's lap while he was looking at her with a kind smile.

She stood up immediately and found out that her body was totally fine and all those bruised marks were gone. She instantly understood that it must be Luffy's doing.

She couldn't control herself anymore and started crying while clutching Luffy's t-shirt. Luffy didn't interrupt her and let her cry out all her stress and pain.
