it only takes a couple of chapters for the multiverse element to join in so no worries:)

(Alicia POV)
It's me again, your new protagonist! After nagging my daughter to give me nigh-omnipotent power, I come to a dead end - which I could command her to do but I didn't - I have been dabbing into men's romance.
Who cares about becoming overpowered when your daughter is overpowered?
You see, having toon-science-physic does have some influence on my build montage, normally I would estimate about a day for me - 'me' now -to assemble a whole NASA rocket platform but now it only takes... 5 minutes.
... 'Multiverse travel gate can be built in half a day,' Oh shut up brain, I don't need that just yet. And those hours would properly be cropped into 5 minutes build montage anyway.
... 'Recreating Cybertron takes roughly 1 second with Her help and about 1 month with your technology'
I certainly don't need a cyber planet right now but that does give me an idea. "Fuck, I love myself so much!" 'Clone mach-' "NO!"
(5 minutes later) (3rd POV)
"Tada! I present to you my dear Lily, helper android version 1.0!" I may or may not get inspired by Rick's "You got to be fucking kidding me" purpose robot and Doof's "assistant" Norm. Somewhere along the line of invader Jim, Futurama, Dragon Balls, etc...
Plus the animated series of some popular movies.
*Yawn~* "Really Mom? Lily? Out of the Quindecillion possibilities out there... okay, it's still one of the better ones but it still sucks in my opinion." The dragon-turned-Loli walks out of her nest while yawning, in her arm, she is still holding a Pokemon plushie of Jigglypuff.
Alicia smiled and hugged her daughter, "Too bad darling! As your mother, I shall have my child named whatever I want!" She declared while giving a head pat to the omni being in human form.
Lily just stands there and receives it, with a Bronya's face.
After a barrage of head pats, Alicia finally left her daughter alone and proceeded to introduce her new machine with an explosive amount of energy, for a supervillain.
"So I went into the warehouse and immediately went for the comic section of DC and Marvel world, grabbed a mountain of Uru, Dargonite, 10th Metal or something, and a couple of unsure ranked metals. I melted all of them together and created... Blyth!" She gracefully introduced herself and then pulled down the cover that wasn't even there initially but continuity errors exist.
Standing under the cover is a young woman with no visible sign indicating she is an android, she has long white hair reaching her waist with bangs covering her eyes. She's wearing a maid outfit and her appearance resembles 2B. "I might or might not get too thirsty and give her an hourglass body figure, D to E cup breasts," Alicia admitted shamelessly with a mischievous smile.
(To those who wonder how this came to be, then there is anime plus the Marvel/DC animated series, they counted as cartoons:P)

She even uses her hand to measure the softness of her creation like how a blond man grasps his lover's breast to measure her heartbeat. "hehe... so soft, yes! YES! Should I add something underneath too Lily?"
"There are trillions of versions of you has made a futa robot, more than a billion of you created 2 male femboy bots so that you can fulfil your Yaoi/shemale fantasy. There is nothing you can do to surprise me so don't bother trying." Omni-being of a daughter replied nonchalantly, then waved her hand to disappear from the room.
Alicia glanced at the spot Lily was standing and shrugged, "Meh, she will be fine. Now Blyth, activation code 6-9-4-2-0, your task is to make every single pokeballs I have listed here, you will have full access to all the material available." The android nodded and received the list from Alicia before replying, "It will be done, mistress"
As Alicia began to continue her career, she suddenly remembered something and shouted back, "Also, when you develop an ego remember to tell me!"

(Alicia's POV)
"Thus, this marks the beginning of my Pokemon journey, Professor Lily, please give me the starter of this region." Fufu, dramatic speech complete, I don't care about cringe or cool, I just want to be free!
And having Lily dressing up as a professor is just for extra effect.
"Here I have 3 starters for you, Groudon for fire type-"
*RECORD MISSING*
"So Mom aka mad scientist aka trainer Alicia, I present you with 3 choices of starter for Hoenn region. For the grass type, we have a lively Treeko, his evolution into Sceptile is something worth looking into." Lily pulls a Treeko out of nowhere and places it on the table, the said Pokemon is confused but can't do anything due to a mysterious force immobilising its body.
She did the same to the other 2 Pokemon, "Next is the fan favourite fire type, a Torchic and her evolution into Blaziken is somewhat of a YouTuber choice for their team. Then there is Mudkip, whose evolution is 4 times weaker against grass but can learn earthquakes naturally."
"Tell me, trainer, what will you choose?" I already have a choice and you know it, Lily!
"Give me the chicken!" I shouted
*Sigh* she sighed
"Don't be like that, my dear. On the bright side, now we can enjoy the adventure together!" Alicia and Lily adventure for the win!
"You know I can just get the whole Pokedex complete for you right now, right? You can use that portal gun of yours to throw master ball at everything too so why bother for an adventure?"
"Oh don't be silly darling, the essence of Pokemon lies in the adventure! Now we shall travel across every continent to capture every single Pokemon there is. After that, I shall humanize them then ******** after that, I will ****** them then ******"
(Oops, the cartoon children-friendly filter is on!)
"Oh come on, why do the censored follow me! Lily, make the censore go away." If I can't do anything then better call my daughter! (heh)
(Time skip) (POV change)
"... And that is why we are getting ourselves an adorable Eevee!" Alicia says cheerfully, she has not changed her lab clothes to keep her scientist persona up, and running along with her is Lily in simple Pokemon world children's clothes. (I don't have any idea so just take Bonnie's clothes as an example)
"And then are you going to modify them genetically or enforce them with technology?"
Alicia looks lost in thought for a second before grinning, "That is a great idea, Lily, I know what we are doing today!" Lily glances at her mother and can't help but feel like she has done something wrong but why does she care? what is done is done.
After roaming in the wild for a while, the pair other mother and daughter finally encounter a moving bush, and coming out from the bush is a!!!
Absol!
(Note: Absol appears nearby when there is a disaster incoming, being 1 km near our MC is a disaster :P)
