Elle and Len were listening to him carefully. Now that they carefully pondered they realized that he always knew how capable each knight was, strengths and weaknesses and the ways to improve them as well.

'He must have been watching for a long time and carefully thinking about it over and over.'

Everyone was surprised enough to know that the captain knew their names. If they found out how closely he has been looking at each one of us like this they would be overjoyed or rather say confused as well.

Len : " Captain, then why don't you just tell him to switch?"

Carseain smirked.

Carseain : " Honestly, I planned on telling him as soon as he joined but I thought it won't be fun if I just told him the answer."
