CHAPTER-5 VICTROLA

I reached the officer early that day, There was still some time left for the meeting to begin so I went to my cabin.When I reached there I saw a young man sitting in my chair, I told him "this is my cabin".

"Yes, I know"this voice sounded familiar.

"sir".

"Yes, sit down i want to talk to you about something important".

I was very excited, I was feeling that sir is going to give me a job in his company.But he told me "tell me everything you know about Eve".All my enthusiasm is gone.

"because now i have a general manager who knows everything about ireland market."Miss Sanjibani said this with a terrible smile

"can you please tell me who is that general manager? ".Mr. Nirmalya asked to miss Sanjibani

"No one can be better than my general manager mafusha".Ritojha mam said

"You are absolutely right Miss Rhitojha , but one word is wrong."

"So what's wrong with that".

"You just ask Miss Mafusha what's wrong".

Miss Mafusha stood quietly with a paper in her hand.

"come forward and tell her".Miss Sanjibani said to Mafusha

Mafusha came in front of Rhitojha mam and put the paper in front of her on the table which was in her hand.

"What is this?" Rhitojha mam asked her.

Mafusha didn't say anything, mam studied that paper for a while,Then she said very angry that "You can't do this to us ".

"what's written in that paper mam?" Neha asked

"Mafusha has resigned".mam answered

There was peace for some time, Then miss sanjibani said "now maybe you need a good general manager,have a good day."After saying this she left the room

Mafusha looked at Neha for a while and then she also left the room.

How many deputy managers are there in our UK branch? Rhitojha mam asked

"Two mam, Digvi Wilson and Jenifer Monroe".

"Sir bar".

"Yes bar,I feel like going to the bar today".

"The best bar is Victrola sir".

"Almost fifteen minutes sir".

"Ok let's go?"

We both reached there, all the bar lights were dim

then we both reached to bar tender.We both ordered cold beer, When we were both drinking beer.Then someone called me from behind, it was Eve.

Eve came and sat next to us.

and said "Hi."

"Hi" we both said to her.

Just then another boy appears in front of Eve and gives her a drink.Sir asks me softly "Who is this boy".When I see that boy, my beer spill on my face.

Then Eve says "this is Peter, my boyfriend".

On hearing this, sir's glass falls from his hand and breaks.

Sir goes outside the bar in anger,I went after him.

I stopped sir,I looked into his eyes and found that he was crying.

I told sir that "I was about to tell you sir that she have a...."

"Just leave me alone".Then he sits in the car and leaves.

I also started coming towards my house, I knew that sir was very sad.
