"No Mara. He left as soon as he bought me near this place", said Riley. I took a deep breath. I can't cry in front of her. Lucien had come back to here to see her off yet didn't bother to see me. It hurts me like a wrecking ball over and over again. How can he pretend that he cares for me after what he did? Why did he abandon me like this? Didn't he know that we have no other choice to beat Igor than HLA? Does he still holds some soft spot for Igor? I didn't know the answer.
I kept go myself since I was feeling very low. I tried not to think about Lucien. We hadn't broken up. But he had left me. It must add upto the same thing. I wanted to go back to him.
