Chapter 3 Death

Slowly Henry moved towards the door, he was slowly crawling towards the door even though he wasn't tied up. He had no choice but to crawl, and as soon as he came out of the door he quickly stood up but the mafias caught sight of him before he dashed away.

"Bastard...you two go after that kid and kill him... he's the reason all this happened" Vincent shouted as he saw Henry trying to escape.

Henry ran as fast as he could because his life depended on it, he didn't know where he was running to so he ran towards the forest, he looked back and two men dashed out of the same door he had taken holding guns in their hands.

Henry jumped behind the first tree he could find as they shot towards him. The tree blocked their bullets but he couldn't stay there forever so he ran towards another tree and when he was sure they had stopped shooting he dashed forward quickly.

So that brings us to where we were.

Henry was hiding behind a tree and he was seated on the ground. Now he remembered all the times Anna would tell him to visit the gym, if he had frequented the gym he would have been able to run longer.

"I'm so afraid that my legs aren't moving again...I don't want to die...I don't want to die, I still haven't had sex in all the positions I know" Henry mumbled to himself.

"What is wrong with me, I'm in danger and I'm thinking about sex... I'm really stupid" Henry cursed himself.

"I can't find him" a voice alerted Henry and he stood perfectly still.

'Oh my God...first Mafias now this... today is my unlucky day' Henry mumbled inwardly as a snake moved down his shoulder.

He now had two reasons for staying still, first were the Mafias and now a snake, It was night so he couldn't see what type of snake it was, he had no choice but to sit still.

The snake crawled towards his pants and reached his little brother down there, his little brother was partially hard because of all his thinking so the snake used its head to touch his little brother above his pants.

'Shit... It's going to bite me down there' Henry quickly moved his hands and held the head of the snake after which he stood up immediately.

Both of the Mafias sent to kill him were close to the tree and they heard the rustling sounds and ran towards Henry.

"Oh my God... I'm holding a snake in my hands, shit they are coming" Henry ran towards the side and saw one of the Mafias.

Before the Mafia could raise his gun Henry threw the snake in his hands on top of the man's body and the man freaked out and threw his gun.

The snake landed on the man's shoulder and because of the man's struggle the snake bit him in the neck, and the snake turned out to be the most poisonous in the whole forest.

The other Mafia heard the shouts and screams and quickly ran in that direction, Henry picked up the gun on the ground and held it tightly, there was still one of the Mafias left and he was going to take him down or so he thought.

Henry hid behind a tree close to the other Mafia who wasn't moving again, he was waiting for the second one then he would escape and move out of town, then he would never peek at someone again in his life.

He heard footsteps approaching and he peeked and saw the other Mafia running, if he survived he was going to stop peeking but for now, it was still allowed.

The man ran towards his gang member on the ground, he shouted angrily and looked around, he didn't know how his friend got killed but he was going to kill Henry.

The man looked on the ground and his friend's gun was nowhere to be found, he quickly raised his head but it was too late, the gun was already loaded and Henry was pointing it towards the man's head.

Henry shot a gun for the first time in his life and the gun only moved him backward a little, his ears weren't disturbed because the gun was silenced.

"Arrraghh..." the man that Henry just shot cried in pain.

Henry was so surprised because he thought he killed the man, but his aim was off, his bullet grazed the man's right ear.

Henry quickly raised the gun again but he wasn't as fast as a professional, before he could make a move the man shot him straight in his stomach and he fell to the ground.

Henry couldn't shout or cry, he couldn't make a sound because of the immense pain he felt In his lower stomach, he had never experienced a gunshot so he stood still on the ground afraid that any movement would mess him up.

The man clocked the gun again and approached Henry, Henry was still holding onto his gun so he also clocked his and attempted to raise his gun but the pain he felt was too great.

The man finally reached where Henry was and he pointed the gun towards Henry. The man's left hand was on his right ear trying to slow the bleeding.

"Time to die bastard..."

Henry was immediately empowered by a strange force, he raised his gun and shot the man's chest and it hit the man's heart killing him in the process.

As soon as Henry shot the man, he felt light fading from his eyes, he knew he would also die because he was in the middle of nowhere with a gunshot wound on his stomach. His chances of survival were slim and he knew.

The man fell backward and Henry struggled to keep his eyes open.

"Even if I stay awake, I can't possibly escape from here and get to the hospital, mum I know you are dead but please save me... I'm afraid of dying" These were the last words Henry spoke as his consciousness faded away.
