Chapter 26 A Bet

Ethan watched as he phased through the door of the house, he knew she wasn't going to let him join and he was a male so since he's not powerful enough he would be protected.

Ethan was sure if he walked around till he saw a beautiful woman who had money she would let him stay with her, he would sleep well, eat well, and have sex with her, but what's the fun in that.

What's the use of coming to a magic world without facing beasts, without going to a dungeon, and without exploring the world, Ethan wanted to do everything he couldn't do in his world, and going to the academy was the perfect chance.

'Good news, I like good news'

'I must join the academy by any means' Ethan mumbled as he walked towards the door, he opened the door and the woman was standing beside the door mumbling some words. 

When the sun hit her eyes she quickly opened them and saw Ethan staring at her.

"You don't want me to join the academy right?" Ethan asked.

"What!! No... I'm looking for this, that's why I was standing by the door" the woman said as she handed him a ring.

"A ring!!" Ethan exclaimed.

"It's a magical storage ring, it's used to store inanimate objects, like weapons or sort" the woman mumbled, "Now let's get back to your demonstration"

"There's no need since you don't have any plans for me to join the academy" Ethan muttered.

"Huh!! But I... I'll be honest, even though I recommend you, you won't pass the test, and you are a male so the test would be extra hard to ensure you fail, and if I'm the one that recommends you, it's going to look bad on me" she spoke.

"Let's place a bet" Ethan spoke.

"A bet?"

"Recommend me and I'll pass the entrance exam" Ethan spoke boldly surprising the woman.

"What if you don't, what do I get?" She asked with her heart pounding fast.

"Anything you want, but if I pass I also get anything I want from you, deal," Ethan said as he stretched his hand.

"Anything, you mean anything?" The woman asked.

"Yes, well apart from killing me, or Injuring me, or sending me to kill something or things like that, and the same goes for you too," Ethan said.

"Then we have a deal," the woman said as she shook hands with Ethan.

(Dude, do you know what you just did, if you don't pass, what are you going to do, first how are you even going to pass, do you have a plan, you haven't even cast a spell before, this is a bad deal)

 'But what if I win, she's one of the heads of the academy, so as long as I'm in the academy, she'll always owe me a favor, I can even make her my sex slave and harvest point endlessly' Ethan smirked.

(Wow!! I underestimated you, you are the best, we have work to do, first, we bang as many chicks as we can and then we buy more spells and pass the damn test!!!)

"The sign earlier said I should apply right?" Ethan asked.

"I'll recommend you so you don't need to apply, but the test is in four days, so just come to the academy early and you'll take the test with others" 

"Okay, I'll see you then, and thanks for the storage ring, I'll use it well," Ethan said as he wore the ring and walked towards the door.
