A Glimpse of The Past
Louisanna closed her eyes. She could hear the loud music in the bar, the people talking with each other, and the clinking glasses from every corner of the place.
Like what Domhall told her, she tried harder— trying to remember his existence into her memory.
"I can't." Louisanna heaved a sigh as what she did only brought her a headache. "Why am I doing this?"
She tilted her head to the side and slightly stretched her neck. As the pain traveled onto the rest of her body, Louisanna breathed heavily and wiped the sweat on her forehead using the back of her palm.
Only to shout in fear afterward when Domhall moved at a fast pace and leaned her onto the wall.
However, she didn't feel any pain when he did that, and when she glanced at her back, she saw that Domhall's hand still protected her despite the rage in his eyes.
