"Are you sure that was the best choice? I know that the Marines can never beat you, but we just gave them an extraordinarily strong force", Law asked Luffy. "With his power, he would have made it big eventually. It's true that he'll be stronger now that Grandpa will train him, but now he is also an ally. With him leading the Marines and us taking care of the corrupt world government, the world will truly become a better place. I'm not a visionary of peace, but even for me this opportunity is too good to pass", Luffy explained.
"I didn't think of that... Anyway, where are we heading now?" Law inquired. "We'll head for Skypiea, I really want to visit that place", Luffy replied while longing to explore the ruined Shandora with Robin and see Nami freak out when she'll see the huge amounts of gold. He also wanted to beat the shit out of Enel and stop the war. Plus he thought he'll claim Skypiea as his territory, he was an emperor after all, and what is an Emperor without an empire.

"So you're Issho, your record looks very good. I can't believe we missed you" Sengoku gazed at Issho as he looked over his record. "Hahaha! Of course he's good, Luffy wouldn't have recommended him otherwise!" Garp exclaimed, obviously proud of his grandson. "He may have discovered him, but it will only be against him in the end. Don't pull any punches with his training, Garp", Sengoku ordered. "Wouldn't dream of it", Garp replied.
"So he's the guy I've been hearing about?" Just as Garp and Sengoku finished talking, Aokiji walked into the office. "Aokiji, perfect timing, you're not on any mission right now correct?" Sengoku asked him. "Not really, since Doflamingo went into hiding from fear of Luffy the Underground has enough power struggles to keep itself busy. And since Luffy is the strongest Yonko by far, everyone big enough to require my attention is trying to observe and judge him". "Excellent, then you can help Garp train Issho", Sengoku said.
"Are you sure this is the best choice?", Aokiji questioned, "I know he has huge potential, but both the only remaining Admiral and the Marine Hero training a Rear Admiral? Never mind the fact that we're compromising a huge fighting force, the moment the World Government lays their eyes on him they will demand us to hand him over for CP-0 or some other force". "You train him, and let me worry about the World Government. We're not so low that we can't refuse that kind of order", Sengoku replied.

"Wow, I was worried how we'd get to Skypiea, I forgot you could just fly us there", Nami said to Luffy as he flew to the sky while carrying the Going Merry with his gigantified hands. "just remember, we need to rest a little when we arrive so that we get used to the low oxygen levels", Luffy reminded the crew.
they arrived just before the White Sea when Luffy suddenly slowed their quick flying speed dramatically. "Why did you slow down?" Zoro asked Luffy. "If we go any further this quickly, you're going to get sick due to the rapid lack of oxygen. This won't replace the rest we'll take up there, but if I don't do this you will be bedridden for at least a day and that is just a waste", Luffy answered.
They continued to rise slowly, and one by one the crew started to feel light-headed and a little sick. When they reached to surface of the White Sea Luffy placed the ship down and came up. "It's worse than I thought, we will take a break here to help Usopp, Nami, and Chopper recuperate. In the meanwhile, I'll go to Skypiea for some preparations, I'll be back in a couple of hours". Luffy flew up and reached Skypiea.
"Wow, didn't know we were just beneath it... That's lucky", Luffy spoke to himself as he scouted out the area. 'I can't claim this territory yet, I mean I can, but I'm not so much of an asshole. First I need to take out Enel publicly, which I'm looking forward to. Then, I need to stop this civil war. Then the people with probably acknowledge me as the ruler of Skypiea. For now, I'll need to make the people riot to make a justification for killing Enel'
Luffy landed in the town square to publicly announce his arrival, since they didn't go the usual route no one knew they were here except Enel, though only Luffy was in his range at the moment. "Hey there, can I ask you a couple of questions?" Luffy asked. "Huh, where did you come from?" the curios Skypiean asked. "I'm from the Blue Sea, I just arrived. I'd like to ask a couple of questions about this guy called Enel", Luffy explained. "T-the Blue Sea?! Questions about our god?" the shocked Skypian exclaimed.
"Yes, I heard some bad rumors about him, and I'd like to verify them". "I can't talk to you, God Enel will strike me down for defying him!" The Skypian retreated. "So this Enel guy will kill you for just talking to me? He sounds like a tyrant". Luffy said loudly to provoke Enel, and just as planned, thunder clouds gathered in the air above him. The Skypieans ran away in fear as lightning came down.
*BOOOOM*
As the dust settled, a silhouette of a man was seen. "That's it? It didn't even tickle", Luffy said as he walked out of the burnt pavement. "Some god you have, I've been hit harder by a child. Now, can you answer my questions?" The Skypieans didn't know how to react, the absolute existence they perceived as a god was unable to damage this simple-looking teenager. They were in shock, but before they could utter a word, thunder clouds gathered once again.

Hey guys, sorry for the late update. My government decided to open schools up again with basically 0 notice, and seeing as Zoom classes are shit, I'm drowning in homework to try and bridge the huge gap that formed in the several months of studying from home. I don't know for how long this learning marathon will continue, but overworked ass wants it to be over ASAP.
