Symbiote

A/N: i watched venom when it first came out and this wacky idea popped in my head.Note: Venom and you are completely platonic-----

You walked into a random convenience store on your way home. You were starving and it didn't help that you had a Symbiote using you as a host. You walked past the clerk and straight to the food isle, keeping your head down.

"What do you want, Venom?" You whispered, so very quietly.

"." Venom hissed in your head. You grabbed a good handful of chocolates and went to the refrigerators in search of tater tots for the alien. No tater tots to be seen.

"I'm not seeing any V. Want to try and look for another 7/11?"

"." He was right. You and Venom just moved to Los Angelas from San Francisco, to start a new life. And as he was right, you and him haven't had enough time to explorer places to go. ""

"Sorry V." You grabbed a box of your favorite frozen pizza. "We gotta keep low profile for just a little while." Venom growled but he didn't retort or argue, he knew you were right. You went down another isle, looking for snacks of your own when the front doors of the store slammed open. Three different men were shouting threats at the clerk behind the counter and the other customer.

You immediately ducked down to hide, thankfully the three robbers didn't see you at all. Your heart felt like it was trying to break through your ribcage.

"" The symbiote spoke. You could feel Venoms excitmenet through your panic. He was just itching to take over and eat the robbers.

"Low. Profile." You hissed, trying to keep your voice quiet and calm.

"." He did make a compelling argument, knowing how much your moral compass pointed to helping others.

"Security cameras?"

"."

"F-" You didn't get to finish your sentence. Venoms black, goo looking body took over. He was in control now.

Venom jumped over the isles with an animalistic roar and pounced on the closet robber, immediately his fanged mouth bit off his head. The other robbers fired their weapons but it didn't affect Venom at all. The Symboite used his talons to swipe clean through the other person, blood went everywhere. The other customer shrieked while the clerk was watching from the counter.

"P-Please." The last guy stuttered, his gun clattered to the floor. "Pl-please!"

Venom grabbed the man by the throat, raising him into the air. The alien used his long, pointed tongue to lick the robbers face.

"" Venoms distorted deep voice now being heard to all, not just in your head. His milky white eyes bore into the robbers. "" He growled the last part.

"I-I-I'm s-sorry dude!" He shrieked, Venom tightened his grip on the man. With no second thought, Venom bit the mams head clean off, swallowing in one gulp, just like the first one. He let the body flop on the ground.

The Symbiote went back to your hiding spot and picked up all the food you grabbed and more from the isles. He went to the counter and let the food go.

"." His tongue slightly hanging out as he addressed the clerk. She simply gulped, looking terrified. ""

"Uhm..." She barely spoke as she slowly stood up. The poor thing was shaking in her smock. She slowly bagged the items and set the bags on the counter. "Fr-Free of charge. For um saving me."

"." He grinned an extremely toothy grin and took the two bags in his large hands. Before he walked out the clerk called to Venom again.

"Who-Who are you?"

Venom let a small portion of your face be revealed, just enough to keep your identity hidden.

"I have to warn you officer Decker and Morningstar. It is a blood bath in there." A cop said, leading the detective, Chloe Decker, and her partner, Lucifer Morningstar to the convenient store. He lifted the caution tape to let them in. "The woman, Tiffany, isn't telling us a thing and the other witness is saying all kinds of maddess."

"Maddness is my speciality." Lucifer smirked. Chloe simply rolled her eyes. The pair of them stepped into the store and immediately stopped in their tracks, wide eyed. Two headless corpses and one with his rib cage pretty much showing.

"What the hell happened?" Chloe choked out, covering her mouth.

"Gruesome aint it?" The cop said. "According the willing witness, Johnny: a big monster appeared, ate two of the guys heads and used its claws to get the other one. A bunch of mumbo jumbo if you ask me."

"It can be plausible." Lucifer commented. He squatted down to the corpse with the visible chest. "Was it a full moon last night?"

"Lucifer, there isn't such thing as werewolfs." Chloe groaned.

"What? If my father could make angels and what not, he could have made something else I haven't cone across yet."

"Anyways," She ignored him. "These decapitated bodies were obviously not done by a well seasoned killer. The skin and bone is too torn up."

"Werewolf~." Lucifer used a sing song voice.

"We need to get ahold of the video feed from the camera."

"It'll show us the werewolf~"

"There is no such thing as Werewolves." Chloe walked out of the store. Lucifer followed in suit. "We should talk to the witnesses and get some sense of out of the one."

The pair went to the witness willing to speak. They notice he was wrapped in a blanket, wide eyes and glancing around frantically. Lucifer and Chloe looked at each other briefly before greeting the witness.

"Hello Johnny, I'm detective Decker and this is Lucifer Morningstar. We'd like to ask you a few questions." Chloe announced, catching the mans attention.

"I already told the cops what I saw. No one believes me." He shrugged.

"Well I most certainly believe you. I've dealt with a lot of strange." Lucifer remarked. "Tell us all that you saw, and was it a werewolf?" Chloe smacked the devils arm for that last bit.

"Werewolf? It wasn't anything like it." It appeared out of no where, this goo-y black monster thing. It was tall, very t-tall and muscular. " Johnny shook. "What was scary was its teeth and eyes. so many teeth... and white giant eyes..."

Chloe and Lucifer shared another look to each other.

"I knew you wouldn't believe me."

"I do though." Lucifer affirmed. "Tell us what else you remember. Before the big scary goo monster appeared."

"Well, there was this person that walked in who seemed suspicious."

"In what way?" Chloe prompted.
