Revival

(At the Water kingdom)

Olivia looked at the king and told him that they'd be starting the revival of Eleanor and Mia's parents in a few minutes. Mateo then nodded and asked Eleanor is she was ready.

"Yes, I'm ready to get father and mother back." Eleanor smiled.

Mia touched her sister's shoulder. "Eleanor, you don't need to force yourself. I've lost them already and I can't lose you too."

"Don't worry, I'll be fine."

"Your highness, we need to start the procedure now," Olivia interrupted.

The princess took a deep breathe. "I'm ready."

A moment later, Olivia got the bell and rang it twice while Eleanor stood at the center of the throne room, holding the sword that contained the red gem. Everyone in the room then waited for something to happen until a man with a mask came in and told them that it didn't work. Everyone then looked at the masked man, wondering who he was.

Eleanor clenched her fist. "Who are you?"

Olivia said, "Your highness, he's the—"

Before she could finish her sentence, the man removed his mask. "Don't you recognize me, Eva?"

The princess's eyes then widened. She asked, "You... How did you get here...?"

"It's simple. We just followed your footsteps," the man answered.

The queen shouted, "King-King Cameron...?"

Cameron bowed. "It's nice to see you again, Mia."

"Look, it's not what you think. Eleanor didn't steal the red gem because—"

Before she could finish, Cameron told her that he knew everything already because someone in the castle told him everything.

Cameron looked at Olivia. "Her."

Mateo asked, "Olivia, did you really tell him?"

Olivia bowed. "I'm sorry your majesty, he forced me to..."

"Now that I'm here, I would like to ask you guys some questions." Cameron smiled.

Eleanor pointed towards the door. "Get out!"

"Why should I? I haven't gotten my property back, Eva."

"How-How do you know that I'm the princess...?"

"It's simple. Carson and I just kidnapped your most loyal maid."

"Leave."

"We haven't made things clear yet. You've lied to us this whole time," said Cameron.

"I did it because I wanted to revive father and mother."

"Who told you that would work?"

"Albert did."

"You mean my father? Do you think he'll really tell you? He won't allow anyone to get the red gem that easily," Cameron laughed.

"What are you trying to say?" the princess asked.

Cameron then explained that it wouldn't work even if they combine the blue and red gem because Albert just fooled them.

"I don't believe you!" Eleanor yelled.

"Then don't listen to me. I'm willing to wait for the day that you give it back to me since you've stolen it for nothing," said Cameron.

"King Cameron, are you saying that your father lied to Eleanor and Olivia?" Mia asked.

"Most likely yes."

"Give me a few days to think about it."

"Sure, I'd be glad to."

Mateo then asked how Cameron got in the castle.

"Well Eva, or should I say Princess Eleanor acted as a maid in our castle and waited till the day we got her trust, so Carson and I decided to serve the Water kingdom as well," Cameron explained.

Leo looked at him. "So you applied as servants?"

"Yes, under the name Charles and Benjamin." Cameron smiled.

"King Cameron, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience that my sister has caused you," Mia apologized.

"It's fine. I just want the red gem back," Cameron said.

"I'm going to think about it first!" Eleanor yelled.

"King Cameron, why not stay at the Water kingdom first while waiting for Eleanor's decision?" Mateo asked.

"I'd be glad to," Cameron responded.

Eleanor shouted, "Mateo, he can't!"

"Eleanor, please do not question my decision. We've caused the Fire kingdom trouble."

"Eleanor, he's right," the queen added.

"If I may ask, who is this young man beside you, King Mateo?" Cameron smiled.

Mateo answered, "He's Eleanor's best friend."

Leo then glared at Mateo and whispered, "Say something else."

"Leo is... He is courting Eleanor."

"I see. I'm glad that Princess Eleanor has finally grew up." Cameron smiled.

"King Cameron, would you like to have a separate room?" Mia asked.

"I'd rather not be in the same room with my brother, please."

"I see. Then you'll be staying in the guest room."

"Where is that?"

The queen smiled. "Beside Eleanor's room."
