(At the Fire kingdom)

"Mateo is marrying Lucy?" Eleanor's eyes widened.

Olivia started fixing her hair. "I heard he's ended his relationship with Mia."

"How dare he break my sister's heart!"

Olivia then told her that he must've had a reason to leave the queen.

Eleanor clenched her fist. "He's really making me furious."

"Stay calm. That's just the beginning."

Meanwhile...

(In the throne room)

A woman told the king that she needed to talk to someone named Eleanor. Cameron then sighed and told her that there was no one in the castle with that name.

The woman cried, "Your majesty, I really need to talk to her."

The king scratched his head. "What is your name?"

"I'm Ruby. I'm Eleanor's friend."

"Get out!"

"Your majesty, Eleanor is in this castle."

Cameron yelled, "I told you that there isn't anyone named Eleanor here!"

Ruby assumed, "Your majesty, maybe she changed her name."

The king then asked who Eleanor was and why she was looking for her. Ruby bowed and told him that Eleanor is the missing princess of the Water kingdom.

Cameron rolled his eyes. "Describe her features."

"She has brown hair," Ruby responded.

"That's it? There are so many people who have brown hair here!"

"Your majesty, please!"

"Timothy, tell the maids to get me a cup of tea."

"Yes, your majesty," Timothy obeyed.

"Your majesty, please help me!" Ruby begged.

"What do you need her for?"

"I need to tell her that her sister, Mia is in great pain right now."

Cameron laughed. "You mean the queen of the Water kingdom? That isn't something notable for."

"Your majesty, you have to believe me."

"Guards, bring her out."

Ruby yelled, "Wait—"

"Shut up," the king said as he watched the guards dragging her out of the royal hall.

A few minutes later, the prince came and told him that he was being too cruel. Cameron then sighed and told him that she was wasting his time.

Carson touched his brother's shoulder. "She might be telling the truth."

Cameron rolled his eyes. "I don't give a damn about it."

"I can sense that we are near our target."

"I feel that father's alive."

"Haven't you felt that already?"

"I felt it a few days ago."

"I do hope he is."

A few hours later...

(At the Water kingdom)

Ruby told Mia that there's a possibility that Eleanor might be alive because she has detected the blue gem's prénsense at the Fire kingdom.

"Seeing my sister put the blue gem in her heart doesn't mean that she's at the Fire kingdom."

"The king said that there wasn't anyone named Eleanor."

"Ruby, I know you're trying to help, but I'm really in a bad mood today."

"I'm telling you this because there's hope."

Mia cried, "Hope to lose everyone."

Ruby smiled. "Although we've been love rivals in the past, remember that I'm always here for you. You can tell me anything."

"Thank you, but Sebastian has already ended our relationship."

"I know. He's such a fool."

"I didn't expect that he'd really fall for Lucy. They're indeed a perfect match," Mia sobbed.

"Don't think about him. You deserve better," Ruby comforted.

"I've lost my family already."

"Eleanor is still alive. I'm positive."

The queen stood up. "Ruby, I know you're trying to comfort me, but you don't need to lie. It will just make things worse."

Ruby hugged Mia. "I'm not. If Eleanor was truly dead, then the blue gem would've been gone too."

"What if she doesn't have it?" the queen asked.

"It's with her. The gem's presence has been changing locations lately, but it's within the Fire kingdom," Ruby sighed.

"Is there even a point in living?"

"Mia, is that even a question? You live for your family. Live for your kingdom. Live for everyone. They all need you."

"My heart can't take it anymore."

"That's just life. It's unfair."

"Ruby, I can't."

"You can. I believe in you."

Mia looked at the ceiling. "I don't have the courage to face these trials."

"Then I'll face it with you," Ruby responded.

"Why are you so kind to me?"

"It's because you've helped me a lot. Even though I've been really mean to you in the past, you still treated me as a friend and I really appreciate that. Now that you're the one in pain, I'll be here to comfort you. Aren't we friends?"

The queen hugged her. "Thank you, Ruby."

"Anything, Mia," Ruby said as she hugged the queen back.
